Dear Students,
This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examination hall tickets will be distributed on 3rd Apr-26(Friday) at AB-II. All concerned class representatives must collect the hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.
Venue: Examination Section-AB-II
Timings: 12:00PM-1:00 PM
Note:
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

This is to inform all the students of the E3 of Semester-II, that the registrations for End Semester Examinations which are going to be held in Apr-26 are open. It is mandatory that every student must register for every regular end semester examination henceforth. The registration fee is Rs:500/- for each semester.
Note:
1. Hall tickets will only be issued for those students whose registrations are successful.
2. No other modes of payment will be accepted.

The registrations made through online will only be accepted. No Re-verification will be considered for labs, comprehensive viva, mini-project, project, seminar, and internship.

In order to establish a transparent, accountable, and student-driven system for monitoring mess operations, the University welcomes students to be part of the food committee. In order to make it a student driven system the structure is re-designed and a draft containing the roles, responsibilities of the members is prepared and attached herewith.
- The structure and all other aspects of the food committees will be refined further based on the feedback and experience of the working of the committee for the first few weeks.
- Please go through it. E3 students are requested to register for the food committee either as a Student on duty or mess secretary based on their interest.

GREETINGS FROM SPORTS CELL
In view of the Internal Audit, all students (E3 & E4 only) are hereby instructed to return any sports materials taken from the University, either for Branch Games or Personal Use.
Timings:
Morning: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: Daily on or before 10th April 2026
Note: No Due certificates will not be issued to students who fail to return the sports materials within the stipulated time.
All students must adhere to the above schedule and ensure timely submission.
