Free Job-Oriented Training Programs for PED (Persons with Disabilities) Students – Utilization of Opportunity – Reg.
All the eligible PED (Persons with Disabilities) students of the University are hereby informed that GiftAbled, an organization working towards skill development and employment for persons with disabilities, is offering two fully free, job-oriented training programs under a 200-hour hybrid training model, commencing from the second week of January 2026.
The training program consists of 150 hours of online sessions followed by 50 hours of offline practical sessions, conducted during evening hours in the final phase of the program.
Program Details
1. Java & JavaScript with AI
Eligibility:
Visually Impaired students (Blind & Low Vision)
Program Overview:
This program is designed to build strong programming fundamentals and prepare participants for entry-level software development roles, with exposure to Artificial Intelligence tools and real-world applications.
Key Highlights:
Core Java programming concepts
JavaScript fundamentals and basics of front-end development
Introduction to AI tools with industry-relevant use cases
Algorithms and problem-solving techniques
Structured coding practice and hands-on assignments
Offline practical sessions with a final capstone project

2. UI/UX Design Program
Eligibility:
Neurodivergent students including:
Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities.

All Engineering students are hereby informed that selection trials for the AIU Men’s Cricket Team will be conducted as per the schedule given below:
Date: 20th January 2026: Time: 4:00 PM onwards: -Venue: shathavahana/kakatiya Cricket Ground
Eligibility : Only Engineering students are eligible.
Students who have already participated in AIU earlier are not eligible.
