               Hello P-I RGUKTians. Firstly congratulation for being part of RGUKT Basar. iB Hubs had a great journey with P-II, E-I & E-II batches and achieved few milestones in their learning, now it’s your chance to grow. So here by iB Hubs welcomes you for a meeting to kick-start your training. Meeting venue and timings are explained here.

The schedule for conducting E3 summer internship presentations follows:
Date of presentations: 13th , 14th and 15th July, 2017 ( Afternoon session)
Venue: AB-1 Room No: 010,011,006

All students are instructed to submit soft and hard copy of reports by 11th evening ,5:00pm in HOD cabin. Before submitting in the HOD cabin, they should show the same thing to the respective faculty in-charge.
Dear Students,

In continuation to the previous notice posted in the hub, PUC-II students who have cleared all the subjects in re-remedial examination with a CGPA >= 6, are required to submit the consent form regarding the branch allocation. Seats are vacant only in MME and Chemical Engineering Departments. Those who submit consent forms on or before 10.07.2017 by 5 PM will be considered for the branch allocation against the vacant seats in MME & Chemical Engineering Departments.
This is to inform that All the CR's of AB-1 & AB-2 to collect the Audio & VGA Cables immediately from the network administrator at Old-Block(Lambda-5) without fail.

This is to inform all the students that the batch wise mess allotment and service timings are as follows until further orders. Since semester-I classes starts sharply at 8:30 A.M daily and attendance will be taken in the beginning of the first hour by the concern teacher, therefore the students are informed to present themselves in the classroom to avoid shortage of attendance. The timings are to be followed strictly.

Dear all,

The Enrollment is currently Open for NPTEL Online Certification Courses for the July-November 2017 run.

NPTEL is offering online certification courses of duration 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks courses in Engineering, Humanities and Sciences domain starting from July 24th,2017 Onwards,

These courses run from start date July 24th ,2017 and August 21st, 2017 and every week there would be online assignments and at the end of course, there would be a proctored exam, following which a Certificate is provided from concerned IIT (Center for continuing Education).

It is hereby informed that the registration for the Acquiring Oral Communication Competence Course (AOCCC-E1 all the branches) is open for 10 more students till evening. First come first served. As per the opinions of the majority of the enrolled students for the course, the course would start at Date: 10-07-17, time: 8:00 pm to 9:30pm, 1.30 minutes at AB-02, Classroom: 308. Hence, all the enrolled E1 students are requested to check the list attached here for the confirmation of course enrollment. We expect the enrolled students should be on time in the allotted classroom.

The Scanners will be available in w-8 from 11.07.2017. The Scholarship renewal online registrations will be closed on 30.08.2017.
The following Documents to be scanned:
1.	Income Affidavit duly signed by Student and Parent.
2.	Previous year Marks Memo.
