The students whoever are found to be under 65% category are declared as detained in the same year of study.

Dear Students,
It is to inform you that, the night study hours will start from today onwards i.e., 17/02/2020, on all working days from
Monday to Friday between 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Students are strongly advised to utilize the study hours for Academic
pursues.
No student movement will be entertained between 8:05 PM to 9:45 PM. Disciplinary actions could be initiated against the students involved
in a violation of the study hours. Attendance will also be taken of the students, by the monitoring staff, during study hours.
Study hours would provide an excellent opportunity for the student to consolidate what has been taught in the class.
Students, therefore, are expected to make use of their time wisely to excel in their academics.

It is to inform all the students that they need to abide by the following rules during academic hours.
1. Students of P1 to E3 should be inside the classroom by 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Morning session and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
in the afternoon session on all the working days.
2. Students of E4 should maintain their time schedule as per the time table of the open Elective Classes.
3. Students should wear a uniform and university ID card.
4. Maintaining discipline with fellow students.
5. Cell phones and any electronic gadgets are prohibited with immediate effect.
6. Damaging University property is an offense. if found, will be held liable for the penalty.
Students needs to adhere to the above points otherwise university will take necessary action.

Dear Students of E3,
This is to inform you that X Billion SKills Lab (www.xbillionskillslab.com) would like to conduct a workshop on essential 21st-century skills from 06/02/2020 (Thursday) to 08/02/2020 (Saturday) on various topics such as emotional intelligence, creative problem solving, storytelling, understanding and managing emotions, critical decision, decision making etc.
The training program will be conducted from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break in between.
In view of this, the regular academic classes have been suspended for three days from 06/02/2020 (Thursday) to 08/02/2020 (Saturday) during which the sessions by X Billion SKills Lab will be conducted in the regular academic slots.
Therefore, the students should attend the sessions without fail as the participation in the sessions is mandatory.
Attendance of the students will be taken and the same will be updated to the AMS portal of the University Hub.
