Dear Student,

It is hereby informed to all Final year(E4) students that the TECH MAHINDRA would like to conduct recruitment drive for CSE, ECE & EEE current final year students. Interested & eligible students need to register in a given below link by 21st August 2022.

ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY:
•	Qualifying courses – BE/B.Tech – CSE, ECE & EEE
•	Candidate should be completing qualifying course in 2023 without any backlog.
•	Should have scored min. of 60%(Without Rounding up) in SCC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech.
•	Not more than 1-year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.
•	Rounding up of marks to 60% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.
 
BOND AND COMPENSATION:
On Selection
•	Candidate will be on probation for 3 months
•	Candidate clearing regular selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum
•	Candidate clearing Supercoder selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 5.5 L /Annum
•	Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from date of joining the company.

SUPERCODER SELECTION:
•	Candidates with good academic performance as well as performance in above selection process (except HR round) will become eligible for the Supercoder cadre selection. Eligible candidates to undergo Supercoder test.
•	 Associates clearing the Supercoder Test will be tagged as Supercoders.

JOINING LOCATION AND WORK TIMINGS:
•	Candidate should be willing to work on any type of project at any of the TechM Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country as per the company specified work timings including shift working 24 X 7.

SELECTION PROCESS:
•	Candidates will have to undergo below mentioned Test with each of these acting as filter for next stage on selection process.
•	Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, Conversational Test.
•	Technical & Psychometric Test
•	Technical Interview
•	HR Interview
Note: During probation candidate will undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.
