All the students P1 to E3 are hereby informed to collect the grade cards of Sem1,Nov-2015 examinations from the examination branch on or before 20-02-2016, failing which the grade cards will not be issued after this date.

The PUC/Engg. students are hereby informed that your e-profile data in hub will be considered for printing of Original Memos. Make sure that your name and father name are same as in S.S.C certificate. If there is any error report to the Controller of Examinations with a copy of S.S.C certificate for necessary corrections.

All the ME students hereby informed to collect Sem-1 EST November-2015 examination grade cards in Room No.106 between 2:30 PM to 5:30PM on 06/02/2016. Please note that without I.D card grade cards will not be issued.

All the CSE students hereby informed to collect Sem-1 EST November-2015 examination grade cards in Room No.106 between 10:00AM to 3:00PM only on 06/02/2016. Please note that without I.D card grade cards will not be issued.

All the ECE students hereby informed to collect Sem-1 EST November-2015 examination grade cards in Room No. 106 between 8:00PM to 10:00PM on 05/02/2016(Today) . Please note that without I.D card grade cards will not be issued.

It is here by informed to all the students that 'Ad-Vie' is going to be conducted soon. Here we inform you that the interested students can picturise their respective Ads.

Rules and Regulations:
1.	Ad can be on any product and service
2.	Duration of Ad should not exceed 3min
3.	Students of RGUKT should furnish their requites. No assistance from Organizing Team
4.	Only students of RGUKT should cast in the Ad in campus premises
5.	There must be a poster defining the respective Ad
6.	Final output file will be accepted as an Ad
7.	Top 20 Ads will be projected on the day of event
