The student volunteers for the VI Convocation tomorrow at "Global Pleace Auditorium" has been attached. 



Note: All the student volunteers must wear college uniform , ID and shoes.

Dear Students,

This is to bring your notice that University is planning to conduct "VI Convocation" in this weekend. In connection to this, Student volunteer are required. Those interested students (prefarrably from engineering) can visit the examination section at AB-II Room No:105 for the registering their name as a volunteer for Convocation. Registration closes by 3 PM tomorrow. 
Dear Students,

The students desirous for seeking reverification for AY_22-23_E4S1&S2_Remedial_Aug-23 Reverification Registration can pay the fee and submit their online applications available in https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/revaluation on or before 5th September-23. Only online registrations will be accepted through the hub.


Fee Details: Re-verification Fee: Rs.200/- per subject.
Important Dates: Starting date of Registration: 02-09-23.
Last date for registration: 05-09-23.

Dear Students,

It is hereby notified to all the students of B. Tech (B17 and earlier) and PUC, that students are required to update their details i.e., Name and Father name as per SSC certificate along with the photograph. The updated photograph will reflect on the original degree certificates including hall tickets. The prerequisites for the Photograph are given below,

1.	The photograph must be in colour.
2.	Photograph must be taken in a White or a very light background.
3.	The photograph must have been taken after 1st Mar 2023.
4.	Ask your photo studio to provide the image in a JPEG format and on a standard 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm print (Width X Height).
5.	Maximum pixel resolution for JPEG: 480 x 640 (.03 Mega Pixel) (Reduce it to this resolution if it is higher).
6.	File size should be between 30KB and 250KB.
7.	Minimum pixel resolution for JPEG: 225 x 225.


All the students must avail this option and this window will be opened from 5th August-23 at 10:00AM to till 10th August-23. 

Note:
1.	No option will be facilitated to update the details in the hub thereafter.
2.	Students will be charged if the photograph is found inappropriate.
