  • 16, Nov 2019: Examination Section - EST Hall Ticket distribution on 16/11/19 - reg. 

    The date in the notice previously posted regarding hall ticket distribution is to be read as 16/11/19.
The Class Representative's of all the classes of P1, P2, E2, E3 & E4 are directed to come to Room No: 111 of  AB - II today to collect the EST Hall tickets. 

Make sure that you are accompanied by a (One) class mate of your's.

  • 18, Sep 2019: Examination section - Instructions to students 

    Students appearing for MT2 or MT1 (for E1) are to make sure that:

1. They report to Examination hall 15 min. before the start of the examination. 

2. They possess ID card issued by the University. Students without ID cards will not be allowed into examination halls.

3. Student will be allowed to leave examination hall only after 01:30 Hour (or 45 Minutes) i.e., only after the scheduled time of the exam is completed.

  • 18, Sep 2019: Examination section - Important communication regarding ID cards 

    This is to reiterate that Students without ID cards will not be allowed into Examination halls of 

MT2/MT1 as the case maybe.

Students who have lost/misplaced their ID cards are to immediately contact Student welfare Office 

where Temporary Photo ID cards will be issued  after proper verification.

  • 07, Sep 2019: Examination section - Important information 

    Dear students,

                          This is to inform that students not having ID Cards will not be allowed to enter examination halls for MT 2 (MT1 incase of E1 students) and any subsequent examinations.  
Letters and any other means requesting for entry into examination halls will not be considered.

   Students who are not having ID cards are advised to contact the concerned section and obtain cards at the earliest.

  • 28, Aug 2019: Examination section - Intimation regarding mode of communication 

    Dear students,
 
It has come to the notice of the authorities that students residing in the campus are communicating with Examination section via E-mail. Although initially few requests were processed and resolved, during the past few days it is observed that there is an indiscriminate use of this mode and hence it is decided that any further requests made through Mail will not be considered for further processing.

Students are welcome to approach examination section located in AB -II for queries or for any academic work during working hours.

Kindly Co-operate with the authorities in this regard.
