It's a great pleasure to invite you on behalf of the IEEE Student Branch, RGUKT, Basar, to register for the International Weekly Webinar Series on "AI, PEGA & Emerging Technologies" from 09-11-2025 onwards, in association with IEEE Computer Society, Columbia Section, IEEE Region 3 & Region 10.

The following are the details of the program:

The students who are passionate about startups are hereby informed that an interactive session with two distinguished guests — Ms. Snigdha, CEO of SVP India (Kolkata Chapter), and Ms. Erica Claire Yaeger, Executive Director of Aatmic Philanthropy — will be held on 8 November 2025 (Saturday) at 9:00 AM in the AB3 Conference Hall.

About the Guests:

Ms. Snigdha began her corporate career in finance with Zensar Technologies, later working with Dell-Perot and Laurus Edutech, handling major skill development and Public-Private Partnership projects. She currently serves as the CEO of SVP India (Kolkata Chapter), where she leads strategy, growth, and operations for the philanthropic organization, focusing on livelihoods and social impact projects. She is also a member of the CSR Committee of BCCI and former Chairperson of the Ladies Forum of MCCI.

Ms. Erica Claire Yaeger is the Executive Director of Aatmic Philanthropy, a global family foundation focused on driving positive social change. Previously, she served as Chief External Affairs Officer at the North Texas Food Bank, Assistant Dean at the University of Texas at Dallas, and Executive Director at the Sci-Tech Discovery Center. An MBA graduate with a strong background in marketing and community leadership, Ms. Yaeger has received multiple awards, including the HungerMitao Annapurna Award (2025) and the Women Helping Women Award (2021).
 Students are encouraged to participate actively and make the most of this opportunity to gain insights into leadership, philanthropy, and community development.

It is hereby informed to all E2 students that the timing of the first examination has been revised. There is no modification in the timetable for the remaining examinations and for the students of III and IV years. Students are advised to take note of this change accordingly. The modified timetable is attached for your reference.

Dear Students,

 This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examinations hall tickets will be distributed on 10th Nov-25(Monday) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. All the concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified time period and make sure that every  student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Slot 1: 
E3: 11:30 AM-12:15 PM
Slot 2:
E4: 12:15PM-1:00 PM


Note: 
      Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam. Additionally everyone should wear uniforms during the examinations.

This is to inform all students that tailors are available for any alteration work on the recently provided uniforms.
•	For Boys: KBH East – Room 021 Room.
•	For Girls: GH-1 Store Room (near the entrance)
The alteration service is free of cost. Students are requested to make use of this facility until this Sunday i.e 16.11.2025.
Timings:
•	Monday to Saturday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
•	Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Notice – Registration for Forsys Software India Ltd. Recruitment Drive (Batch of 2026)
All B.Tech (CSE / IT / ECE) students of the 2026 graduating batch are hereby informed that Forsys Software India Ltd. has proposed to conduct a Campus Recruitment Drive at RGUKT–Basar.
This is an Internship-to-Full-Time Employment (FTE) Conversion Program, where selected students will undergo an internship at the company’s Hyderabad office from January to April 2026 with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month. Based on successful completion and final evaluation, candidates will be offered a Full-Time Employment (FTE) position as Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of ₹7 LPA.
Eligible Branches: B.Tech (CSE / IT / ECE)
Proposed Timeline: November 2025
Internship Duration: January – April 2026
FTE Onboarding: August 2026 (Tentative)
