Vassar Labs Campus Recruitment Drive – Registration Open for Class of 2026 Graduates (CGPA 7.0 to 8.4)
This is to inform that Vassar Labs will be conducting an on-campus recruitment drive for B.Tech (CSE & IT) – Class of 2026 graduates. This phase of registration is specifically intended for students whose CGPA falls between 7.0 and 8.4, as the initial notification was limited to candidates with CGPA 8.5 and above.
Job Role: Software Engineer (Internship + Full-time)
Internship Details:
• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
Full-time Conversion & CTC:
• R&D Engineer: ₹9 LPA
• Associate Engineer (Backend): ₹7 LPA
• Associate Engineer (Frontend): ₹6 LPA

Notice to PUC Students: Utilization of Grounds for Annual Games 2025–26
All PUC students of RGUKT Basar are hereby informed that the preparation and practice sessions for the Annual Games 2025–26 will begin December -January 2026. To ensure smooth conduct of events, the sports grounds, courts, and indoor facilities will be allocated for PUC training and practice from 20-11-2025.
Key Points:
1. Students must strictly follow the ground/court timetable issued by the Sports Cell.
2. Practice sessions are allowed only in the allotted slots for PUC groups.
3. Proper sports attire and shoes are mandatory while using the grounds.
4. Maintaining discipline and safety during practice is compulsory.
5. Damaging sports equipment or violating rules will lead to disciplinary action.
6. Student coordinators must ensure smooth utilization of facilities during allotted hours.
7. All PUC students are encouraged to actively participate in the upcoming Annual Games.
The detailed practice schedule and ground allocation timetable will be displayed on the Hub Notice Board and communicated through student coordinators.

Notice: Start of Preparations for Women’s Volleyball Team Selections (AIU)
All women students of RGUKT Basar who are interested in participating in the AIU (Association of Indian Universities) Women’s Volleyball Tournament are hereby informed that they can start their preparatory practice sessions from today (19-11-2025) onwards.
These sessions are being arranged to prepare students for the official selection trials, which will be conducted shortly.
Details of Preparation Sessions:

Venue: Volleyball Court, RGUKT Basar
Instructions for Participants:
1. Interested students must attend the practice sessions regularly.
2. Sports attire and shoes are compulsory during training.
3. Players must report at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
4. Preparatory sessions will focus on skill development, fitness, coordination, and teamwork.
5. Attendance and performance in these sessions will be considered during final team selection.
All eligible women students are encouraged to join the practice sessions and prepare for representing RGUKT Basar at the AIU level.

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. Reporting & Dress Code
Report 15–20 minutes early.
Wear proper sports attire (T-shirt, shorts, sports shoes).
Carry your Institute ID card.
2. Skill Evaluation Criteria
Selectors will test:
Serving consistency
Receiving & passing
Setting ability
Spiking power & accuracy
Blocking skills
Footwork, agility, and movement
Team coordination & game IQ
3. Discipline & Behaviour (Strict Rules)
Strictly no abusive, foul, or disrespectful language.
Misbehaviour with players, officials, or selectors leads to instant disqualification.
Follow all instructions given by the selection committee.
Maintain proper sportsmanship during trials and matches.
Any form of violence, arguing, threatening, or damaging equipment will not be tolerated.
4. Health & Safety Instructions
Warm-up is compulsory before matches.
Inform selectors immediately in case of an injury.
Students with recent or serious injuries should not participate without medical clearance.
5. Final Selection Announcement
The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
Selected students will be notified through an official notice / WhatsApp group.
Selected players must attend all practice sessions until the AIU tournament.
