Job Role & Requirements
Selected candidates will be taken in as Trainee engineers and placed in departments of construction, quality, project management and supervision. They will be allocated to the projects currently in progress and will work on-site and deliver while learning. 
Those with a sound understanding of the subject, a passion to create residential marvels and urge to learn something new every day will fit the bill. Over the years, the path for growth for these entry levels will be to eventually move and head departments in construction design, supervision, project management and other areas based on their skill and commitment. 
Selection process
They will have a written test followed by a Technical Interview & Personal Interview as part of our campus selection process. 
All selected candidates will be offered the 6-month internship with Anuhar Homes in our projects along with an internship stipend.
