ACS Solutions planning to conduct the selection process in three phases as its completely virtual.

Phase 1:
•	Online test would be conducted to candidates from 2020 batch (Only from CSE, IT, ECE branches) on 25th April 2021 (From 2PM to 4 PM)
•	Virtual interviews for the online test shortlisted candidates will take place in the week of 26th April to 30th April
•	Test links are shared with the shortlisted candidates and they can attempt the test on 25th April (2 PM to 4 PM)

Phase 2: Selection process would be conducted for candidates from 2021 batch (Circuit branches only) in 2nd week of May

Phase 3: Selection process would be conducted for candidates from 2020 & 2021(Any branch) in last week of May

Infosys would like to conduct an off-campus recruitment drive to hire freshers for Systems Engineer role. 
 
The compensation offered for the role of Systems Engineer is INR 3.60 lakhs per annum. Additional benefits include health insurance of INR 4 lakhs per annum and a life cover of INR 30 lakhs per annum.
 
Freshers from B.Tech/M.Tech streams who belong to 2019 and 2020 batches can apply for the role of Systems Engineer by filling out the Infosys Off-campus Recruitment Form – SE by Sunday, May 2, 2021.
 
The eligibility criteria to apply for this program have been shared below.
1.      B.Tech/M.Tech graduates from all branches are eligible to apply.
2.      All percentages/CGPA should be simple average for all subjects/semesters/years, including electives, optional subjects, additional subjects, practical subjects and languages.
3.      Graduates from 2019 and 2020 batches only are eligible to apply.
4.      Candidates should not have participated in the Infosys Limited and/or Infosys Group Company (such as – Infosys BPM) selection process in the last 6 months.
5.      No active backlogs are allowed.
 
The selection process for these roles will be conducted online in two steps: Infosys online test and virtual interview. Eligible candidates who fill the form within the deadline will undergo Infosys online test.

The following students who have cleared the Final Round of Infosys Certification. The same will be communicated to the qualified students through email by INFOSYS latest by May 1, 2021.
 
The next phase of the program is the Advantage Round examination. This is an optional round, clearing which the students will receive a pre-placement interview opportunity for the Power Programmer and Digital Specialist Engineer roles.
 
If the students opt for the Advantage Round, they will have to take the examination at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 7, 2021.
 
Please note:
1.	In case the students have also registered for HackwithInfy and they opt for the Advantage Round, all such students will not be required to appear for HackWithInfy Round 1. Their performance in the Advantage Round will be considered for HackWithInfy Round 1 as well.
2.	If the students appear for the Advantage Round and do not clear it, they will still get the pre-placement technical interview opportunity for the Systems Engineer role at Infosys
3.	Students will be awarded the Infosys Certification based on their performance in the technical interview after the Advantage/Final Round.
 
Infosys Certification related emails sent to any other Infosys email address will not be considered and responded to.

We bring excitement into learning by developing and harnessing their curiosity and intrinsic motivation for learning.

Rubicon’s “Connect with Work” Program, supported by Barclays aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. This initiative is supported by Barclays. Under this program, students will be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program is offered free of cost to the current Pre-final year and final year students of RGUKT, Basar. Please go through the complete program details as shared below.

Program Details:

1.   24 hrs. classroom training on Interview Skills (Details mentioned below). Due to pandemic this is divided into two parts – 18 hours virtual and 6 hours classroom training. 18 hours of virtual training will be delivered by a Corporate Trainer using Zoom/Webex as a platform – training will be conducted 2 hours per day for 9 days. 6 hours of face to face training will be done once the college reopens.

2.   Industry visit of students to various organizations.

3.    Post Placement Mentoring and Career Counselling support to placed students for one year.

In Life Skills training, we will be covering the below topics:
1.         Organizational Structure
2.         Public Speaking
3.         Presentation Skills
4.         E-mail Etiquette
5.         Grooming
6.         Group Discussion
7.         Personal Interview
8.         Assessment will be conducted on Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

All the students of current E3 & E4 students are eligible for the program. It is mandatory for students to do registrations to get eligibility for a training program.
