- A written complaint can be lodged with the caretaker/mess warden. An enquiry will be conducted on the complaint, and necessary action will be initiated. 
- This will also help the administration in taking corrective measures.

- Requesting the cooperation of students in this regard.

This is to inform all students that those who have lost their ID cards may apply for a Duplicate ID Card by following the procedure outlined below:

	Remit a fee of Rs. 250/- at the Scholarship Section.
	Submit the application for a Duplicate ID Card along with the fee receipt to the Student Welfare Office.
	Submit a recent passport-size photograph (softcopy).
Important Instructions for Photo Submission:
	The photograph must be clear and recent.
	The file size should not exceed 100 KB.
	The file must be in JPEG or PNG format.

          This is to reiterate that RGUKT-BASAR has a ‘ZERO TOLERANCE’ Policy towards Ragging and all forms of ragging are strictly prohibited on Campus.  Those who are found guilty of indulging in ragging, and/or abetting ragging, actively or passively, or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, will be subjected to disciplinary action, which can range from suspension from academic activities, expulsion from hostel to rustication from the Institute, among others, in accordance with the Anti-Ragging Guidelines of UGC.

Dear Students,
We are deeply saddened to announce that D. Sumathi (B200966) a student of Chemical Engineering branch has passed away on 13.08.2025 due to a medical condition.

We mourn the passing away of Sri. D. Sumathi and convey our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the departed soul.

 In order to condole her demise and pay respect to the departed soul, a condolence meeting is convened today i.e., 14-08-2025 at 05:15 PM in AB-III conference Hall.
