THIS IS TO INFORM ALL THE STUDENTS THAT THE VICE CHANCELLOR OF OUR UNIVERSITY WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE NEW YEAR WELCOMING CELEBRATIONS ON 31-12-2016. A MOVIE WILL BE PLAYED IN KALOJI NARAYANA RAO OPEN DIAS AT 8PM ON WARDS AND CAKE CUTTING WILL BE DONE AT 00.00 HRS. HENCE ALL THE STAFF AND STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS. 

NO PERMISSIONS ARE GRANTED TO CELEBRATE NEW YEAR INDEPENDENTLY IN CLASS ROOMS IN ACADEMIC BUILDINGS ON 31-12-2016. HOWEVER THE SAME IS ALLOWED ON 01-01-2017 9AM ONWARDS, PROVIDED, TWO STAFF MEMBERS FROM THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT SUBMIT WRITTEN CONSENT TO O/O DSW SAYING THAT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANLINESS AND SECURITY OF THE CLASS ROOM.

IN ADDITION, THE STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMME IN A DECENT WAY AND NOT CAUSE ANY INCONVINIENCE TO OTHERS STUDENTS.
