Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and integrate emerging technologies such as predictive analytics and AI-driven process automation.
• Assist in designing workflow improvements and automation solutions for production and supply chain efficiency.
• Support the development of data dashboards and performance monitoring systems to track business and technical KPIs.
Who Can Apply?
• Final-year engineering students.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an interest in process optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze technical data, interpret trends, and propose improvements.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Salary Details:
• Cost to Company (Rs. In lakhs per annum) : minimum 3 LPA TO 3.6 LPA (BASED ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)
• Training / Probationary period : 6 MONTHS
