It is hereby informed to all PUC-I (B24 Batch) students that the hostel allotment for the Academic Year 2025-26 is as fallows.

1.	All SGH girl students will be shifted to GH-1 East (1st Floor) & North wing
2.	The hostel allotment for the remaining P1 students [ GH-I-East (2 to 4 floors) & BH-2-South] will remain the same as in the previous allotment.

Note: Students should not change their allotted hostel room, any change of allotted room will result in a penalty as per the hostel rules & regulations.

Dear Students,

   This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examination hall tickets will be distributed on 9th June-25(Monday) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. All concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Slot1: E1: 04:15 PM-04:40 PM
Slot2: E2: 04:40 PM-05:15 PM

Note: 
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

This is to inform all E1, E2, and E3 (B22, B21 & B20 batch) students to follow the guidelines below for obtaining an online outpass after the completion of your Regular/Remedial Examinations:
1.	Apply for an outpass online at least 48 hours before the date of exit.
2.	Boys: Get your outpass approved by the Hostel Supervisor before leaving.
Girls: Get your outpass approved at the Outpost.
3.	Ensure that your allotted room is properly locked before leaving.
4.	The university is not responsible for any lost valuables or documents. Do not leave valuable items or important documents in your hostel room.
5.	If any student fails to vacate the hostel within 12 hours after the completion of their examination, a penalty of ₹150 per day will be imposed.
