 It is here by informed to all the PUC-I students that those who are eligible for scholarship are required to apply for Scholarship for the Academic Year 2022-23 to get the fee reimbursement from the Govt. of Telangana State. The scholarship fresh Registration link is: https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/ .
Note 1:  Mandatory Documents to be Scanned and Uploaded for Fresh Registration Process for the Academic Year 2022-23
1.	Latest passport size photograph
2.	Aadhaar Card of the Student
3.	Bank pass book first page (which showing student name, Bank Account   Number and IFSC code of the bank branch). 
         • Any nationalized bank and branch with minimum balance (not Zero account), don’t use joint account (For EBC students Bank 
           pass book is not mandatory).
         • If student already have SBI account, they can transfer their account to IIIT Basar branch(IFSC code SBIN0014154).
4.	  STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE from 4th to 10th class and present pursuing course year.
Note 2:  Student has to keep the following information for scholarship fresh registration 
1.	Application Number on Caste Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centre.  
2.	 Application Number on Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centre after 01-04-2022.
3.	S.S.C Hall ticket number, year of pass, type of pass(Regular/Supple./CBSE etc.) to access the application.
4.	 Scholarship type:  College Attached Hostel.
5.	Admission Number:  Student ID Number.
6.	College Admission Date.
7.	Hostel Admission Date.
Note 3: 
1.	Students should have a Mobile Number for receiving ONE TIME PASSWORD for registration of application (Mobile number    
        may belong to the student or any one of his/her family members).
2.	Student have mail ID for save scanned documents for further use.

Dear Students,

	It is to inform all the PUC II completed students (AY 2021-22) and the students who were not promoted to E1 during the last year (AY 2021-22) and are eligible for allocation of engineering branches, based on the eligibility criteria and branch registrations received from the students, a provisional eligibility list for E1 Branch Allocation for the AY 2022-23 has been prepared and attached herewith.

	The students are advised to go through their complete details - ID, Name, Gender, Caste, Date of Birth, and Preferences in the provisional eligibility list. The students who have opted for the special category (PH/NCC/CAP/SPORTS) may check the same in the list. If there is any mismatch in the specified fields, report it to the E1 Branch Allocation Coordinator (First floor, UG admissions office, Administrative Building) by 2 PM, 22/12/2022.

The provisional eligibility list will be considered final if no grievances are received from the students before the deadline.

No requests will be considered under any circumstances after 22/12/2022, 2 PM.
