It gives us immense pleasure to inform you all that the Office of the Chief Warden office initiated a platform, Coined as "Let's share"( The value of emotions comes from sharing them not just having them) for girl students to rebuild oneself  by getting proper counselling by Nodal officers as and when required.

Counselling helps one to identify, express, regulate emotions and explore the opportunities to change.
 
By considering the importance of a good mental condition, a google form is created to avail the facility at Chief Warden Office, students can book the slots by submitting the response in the form.

This is the list of students of P1,P2,E1 batches who are selected for the 2nd level selection for the Cambridge certification exam to be conducted by Cambridge university in association with iB Group.
All the selected students are requested to be present in PHI-6 room of P1 block this Sunday i.e on 2nd April in the respective time slots allocated to you. Please check the attachment for your time slot and group number.

Please note that the lunch menu on 31.12.2025 will be swapped with that of the Dinner i.e. Dinner menu will be served during Lunch and the Lunch menu will be served in the night. The menu for Breakfast and snacks shall remain the same.

Dear Students,

 This is to bring to your attention that, for the AY_23-24_E3_S2_EST_Reg-Apr&Mar-24 examination hall tickets will be distributed to the concerned class representatives on 26th Apr-24(Friday) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. All concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified time period and make sure that every  student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Slot1: E3: 12:20PM-1:00 PM

Note: Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

It is to  intimate you that the  Inauguration of Sports Energia 2K25 is scheduled on 22/02/2025 at Shathavahana Grounds at 4;30pm. It is compulsory that all the AIU participated teams to attend the parade in the dress code provided by the university.
