It is to inform all the students that the railway concession forms are available at Office of the student welfare. Hence all the students instructed to make use of the facility provided.
 Rules and Regulations:
1.The concession is applicable only for Sleeper class(SL) and 2nd Seating(2S) only. 
2.The concession will be as follows
  i) 75% of the total fare for SC/ST category ii) 50% of the total fare for other students. 
3. For outward journey ticket must be booked at Basar Station
4. For downward journey ticket the student can book at Basar station now itself or they need to get signature on the concession form at  Basar railway station and later they can book the ticket at their boarding station.
5. For online booked E-tickets the concession is not applicable, the student need to book only at Basar station physically.
6. For Breakup journey also concession applicable maximum of one breakup provided all the tickets must be booked at Basar station only.
7.Each Student will be issued maximum of two forms only.

Students qualifying in that test will receive a Certificate from Cambridge University itself which is widely accepted across the world in many different countries by various academic institutions and corporate companies. This is a wonderful opportunity to the students of RGUKT Basar as this is a certification from the best university in the world for english. iB Group is taking care of training of students in this aspect. Also it costs Rs. 2500 for each student to give this test which is being taken by iB Group.Students can just focus on their preparation for the test. As a part of this a preliminary exam will be conducted to all the students of P1,P2,E1 on this saturday and sunday by iB Group.
