It is hereby informed to the registered students of JSW recruitment drive that the JSW Common Test is scheduled today i.e., 13th May 2022 from 5PM to 6PM.
A generic email shall be triggered to the shortlisted students yesterday with a few test instructions, how to take the assessment, and Do's and Dont's.
Also, the shortlisted candidates were automatically received an online test link yesterday. The link shall have the schedule of the test as well as a Mock test for students to get familiar with the test framework.
Kindly ask the students to click on the link and take the mock test in order to ensure that on the day of the JSW Common test, they do not face any issues.

PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE TAKING THE TEST.
Online Test Date - 13th May 2022 @ 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Test Duration - 60 Minutes)
NO ADDITIONAL TIME SHALL BE PROVIDED. HENCE BE LOGGED IN ON TIME.
Here are the Prerequisites for the Online Test that the students must follow:
• An online test link on the same registered email id, via which you applied for the job opportunity, will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the scheduled date however the test will start only at the scheduled time for the respective tests.
• A laptop/desktop with an active web camera is mandatory to take the test.
• The test will ask you to give permission for Location and Webcam access. It is mandatory hence give the access in order to start the test.
• Please ensure that you are logged out from all the QT and Online Test Sessions otherwise your test will not run.
• The test will run on Windows 7 & above.
• The test runs only on the Modern Web browser however; Google Chrome Browser is recommended as it is a light browser. Please download the same or update your existing browser. The test will not run on Mozilla Firefox.
• If you connect with broadband, the minimum internet speed required is 512 Kbps. However, 1 Mbps and above is desired.
• You should have data of at least 300 MB in order to take the test.
• You are advised to keep all the browsers, device apps, or notifications disabled during the test. It will help you to get the optimum speed of the internet. Keeping other browsers or apps open or switching to any other tab during the test may lead to violations and the test will be terminated.
• For any query during the test, you can mark an email to feedback@calyxpod.com or call on the helpline number - 01141179695.
• Once the duration of the test is over the test will automatically stop.
• You should use the same email address to take the test on which you will receive the test link.
• You are advised to read the instructions carefully before starting the test.
• You should be logged in 15 mins before the test scheduled time. The start button will be inactivated. As the clock hits the scheduled time, the start test button will get activated, if not then kindly refresh the browser once.
Important Note - The test window would be open from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, 13th May 2022. The test duration is 60 minutes, so please ensure that you have logged in 15 mins prior to the scheduled time. NO ADDITIONAL TIME SHALL BE PROVIDED.
The test will automatically end at 6:00 PM and you will not be able to take the test post 6:00 PM
Please do all the checks recommended in the system & connectivity test, once today & again half an hour before the test. This will lead to facing lesser issues during the test.
If you're unable to view the questions in the test, you are advised to follow the below-mentioned steps: -
1. Try to refresh the page.
2. If refreshing doesn't help, please clear the browser, close the test & click on the test URL again. Please don't click on Finish the test. Finding a solution once you have ended the test would not be possible.
Students are requested to be in professional attire while taking the test and their webcam should be in working condition.
Do’s and Don’ts during Online Exam:
Things “To Do”:
• Read and understand the exam guidelines carefully.
• Do ensure that you have your laptop/desktop in continuous charging plugged mode.
• In case of Technical problems? Don’t panic. Contact feedback@calyxpod.com or call on the helpline number - 01141179695.
• Do, check you have entered the correct name/ email ID.
• Ensure you have working webcam installed on your system.
• Ensure to allow / grant permission in anti-virus software for browsers to connect to camera
• Do turn off any application notifications, background processes running on your system.
• Do, Keep track of the Test timer.
• The room in which you take the test should be well illuminated and not dark.
Things “Not to Do”:
• Do not Participate/encourage any malpractice.
• Do not have anybody else present in the test taking room apart from yourself
• Do not move away from your computer and Webcam range.
• Do not move around your seated position such that it obstructs a clear frontal view of your full face
• Do not cover the webcam at any point from start of the Test till your Test is submitted
• Do not cover or mask your face.
• Do not talk to anybody while taking the Test.
• Do not share your screen with anybody.
• Do not take Screenshots/Videos or Photos of questions. Also, not to be shared with any one or posted on any platform.
• Do not have a light source behind you(head/face) or at an angle that will cast any shadow on your face
• Do not use social media to find answers.
• Suspicion of malpractice or attempted use of unfair means can lead to your disqualification.

It is hereby informed to all the registered candidates for Tower of Hanoi Game to find the reporting halls in the attachments.
Please go through the following instructions before coming to Participate in the Game.
All contestants should carry android device with app called Tower of Hanoi pre-installed. And One must use app with this name exactly, or we will not be considering his/her trial if use any other app of this game. If anybody does not have it, quickly get it somehow so that he/she can be allowed to participate in contest.
One cannot carry multiple android devices. Anyone who is found carrying multiple devices will be disqualified.
If a contestant using phone or tab with sim(s) card inserted, then sim(s) card must be disabled during competition to avoid interruption by getting calls, messages etc.
In Level-I contestants should be solving puzzle with 8 disks, maximum allowed time is 6 minutes, so contestants should set game to 8 disks by going to ‘preferences’ in app
contestants should get app started and put it down, and one is not allowed to touch device until he/she asked to start.
All disks must be on first tower before the contest begins, this must be checked by volunteers to ensure that puzzle is not solved already (partially or fully) .
Maximum of 25 contestants from Level-I will be shortlisted for Level-II, based on solving speed and if there is a tie we will look at number of moves used to solve.
In Level-II contestants should be solving puzzle with 9 disks and maximum allowed time is 12 minutes., so contestants should set game to 9 disks by going to ‘preferences’ in app. All rules mentioned in Level-I apply in Level-II.
Maximum of 10 contestants from Level-II will be shortlisted for Level-III, based on solving speed and if there is a tie we will look at number of moves used to solve.
In Level-III contestants should be solving puzzle with 10 disks, so contestants should set game to 10 disks by going to ‘preferences’ in app.
Two contestants will be awarded 1st Place, 2nd Place, based on solving speed and if there is a tie we will look at number of moves used to solve.
In each class room we need at least one smart phone from faculty as we need stop watch (with laps). So, all faculty members are requested to bring their smart phones (whoever have it).
In each level once, contestant is done with puzzle, volunteer should press lap in stop watch immediately and assign that lap number to that contestant and record number of moves he/she used and time taken to solve it in data sheet.
