Schedule of Achal IT Solutions


We are pleased to inform to the below shortlisted students that you to participate in the recruitment drive Test of Achala IT Solutions as per the schedule slated below.

1.	Written Test on 22-10-2024, 3;30 PM at T&P Test Center, AB-III
 

It is essential that you arrive for the recruitment drive no later than 3:15 AM on the day.

Note: The students who have got placed in as of now are not allowed to take the test.

All students are hereby informed that the following ground timings and guidelines shall be followed strictly:

Timings for All Sports and Games
Morning: 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Evening: 5.00 PM to 7:00 PM

The above timings are applicable to all sports and games activities, including activities conducted in the Sports Activity Centre (SAC) Building.

Guidelines
Students must carry their Institute ID Card at all times while using the sports facilities. with out ID CARDS,no entry into the grounds
Students must enter their details, including In-Time and Out-Time, in the respective registers maintained at all grounds and sports facilities.
Students shall wear proper sports attire and sports shoes during participation in sports and games activities.
Any activity beyond the stipulated timings requires prior permission from the Department of Physical education/Sports Cell (AB-3).
All students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the Physical Education Department staff.

As a part of International Conference on Advanced Functional Materials (ICAFM) - 2017 by the Departments of Chemistry and Physics at SAC Auditorium, cultural programs are scheduled from 6.30PM today i.e. on 19-12-2017, interested students can join for the cultural programs in SAC Auditorium.

There is no restriction that the students shall compulsorily attend for the study hours between 8.00PM to 10.00PM for today.
