Dear students,

                          This is to inform that students not having ID Cards will not be allowed to enter examination halls for MT 2 (MT1 incase of E1 students) and any subsequent examinations.  
Letters and any other means requesting for entry into examination halls will not be considered.

   Students who are not having ID cards are advised to contact the concerned section and obtain cards at the earliest.

It is here by informed to all the students from PUC - II to E-IV, who are eligible for scholarship are required to submit their Scholarship application hard copies for the Academic Year 2024-25 along with relevant documents in scholarship section without fail.

Documents to be submit:

1.    Scholarship Application form duly signed by student 
2.    Income affidavit duly signed by student and parent (Original copy)
3.    Aadhar card xerox
4.    Bank account front page xerox
5.    Previous year marks memo xerox
6.    Present pursuing year Bonafide(Xerox)
7.    Caste certificate xerox

Note: Class CR collects the caste wise scholarship hard copies from their classmates and submits them in scholarship section
Dear Students,

 It is to inform you that,The EST Lab Exams of PUC 1 would be held from April 1st till April 4th 2019.

For PUC 2, the EST Lab Exams are scheduled from April 15th to17th 2019 .

Please find  the attachment for PUC -1 Lab Schedules of Physics and Chemistry.

Everyday there would be four sessions, running from 8 am till 6:30 pm, with a break of Half an hour for Lunch, each session is of 2.5 hours.

Each PUC-1 Class is split into two, A and B , A stands for Girls, B for Boys.

`` Dear Students, This is to inform all students that, in view of unavoidable circumstances, the Mental Wellness Promotion Walk has been postponed.

It is here by informed to all the PUC-I students (Telangana) are to submit Scholarship online registration application form hard copy for the academic year 2016-17 on or before 06.03.2017. All the Class room Representatives are required to collect Scholarship application form hard copies along with the following documents from the students and to submit in Scholarship Section (w-9) on or before 06.03.2017 by 04.00 PM. 
Documents to be enclosed:
1. Application form Hard copy duly signed by student.
2. Income Certificate (Original).
3. Caste Certificate (Xerox).
4. SSC marks memo (Xerox).
5. Bonafied Certificates from class 4th to 10th (Xerox).
6. Bank A/c passbook front page (Xerox).
7. Aadhaar card (Xerox).
8. Ration Card (Xerox).
9. TC (Transfer Certificate - Xerox).
Required to follow the above mentioned order. 
Note: Late submissions may get late release of Scholarship Amount.

Dear students,

                          A.Y.2019-20 Sem. II_Monthly Test 1 Day 2 i.e., 11/2/2020 Slot 2 (11:15 AM - 12:45 PM) seating arrangement is modified and the latest data is uploaded to Hub. Students appearing for exam in this slot are advised to check their seating arrangement again
This is to inform that all the E4 Students have to submit their LAN Cable in the Network Administration at Admin Block(Engg Section room) without fail to obtain no due in the office timings

This is to inform all the E2 NSS Volunteers that, in the view of Swatch Bharat Program, NSS Cell of RGUKT – Basar will conduct  Swatch Bharat Program at Railway station in Basar on 27-08-2017(Sunday). All the E2 NSS Volunteers should assemble at AB-II on 27th August 2017(Sunday), at 8:00AM. Before coming to program, please have your breakfast. All the Volunteers should wear your NSS Badges.

`` A pleasant morning to everyone. It is hereby informing you that NSS Wing RGUKTB was planning to organize the cultural event on upcoming Sunday. Cultural events include songs, dances, skits, poetry, Anchoring, mimes, etc. Students who are interested in the above-mentioned categories are informed to attend the Auditions on 22-03-2022(Today) at 5:00 pm. candidates taking part in the auditions are strictly informed to complete performance in the given time limit only. Time limits: Dance: 2-3mins Skit: 4mins Song: 2mins ➡️ It is open for all P1 to E1 students. Auditions will be done in the NSS CABIN (SAC). All the interested students are requested to attend the Auditions and Please Be Punctual.
