The Exam registration is open for the NPTEL Courses  (Jan-Apr 2023 Course Run) , all the students from RGUKT Basar who had enrolled for these courses ( Certification Courses ), please follow the Exam registration steps as shared in the attachment below.

All details regarding Local chapter scholarship and the steps are in the attachment.

Last date for exam registration is 17th February 2023, evening 5 pm.

Please complete the exam registration as early as possible to avoid last minute rush.

Dear students,

All students who have given names for the Techfest central committees through google form shared in the hub recently, must attend for the interviews today at 5 PM in SAC auditorium.

There will be faculty panel members who will finalise and select.


Note: First come first service basis, selected for committee
Students are permitted to carry the water bottles in to examination halls, due to the summer.
It is here by informed to all the PUC-I students (Telangana) are to submit Scholarship online registration application form hard copy for the academic year 2016-17 on or before 06.03.2017. All the Class room Representatives are required to collect Scholarship application form hard copies along with the following documents from the students and to submit in Scholarship Section (w-9) on or before 06.03.2017 by 04.00 PM. 
Documents to be enclosed:
1. Application form Hard copy duly signed by student.
2. Income Certificate (Original).
3. Caste Certificate (Xerox).
4. SSC marks memo (Xerox).
5. Bonafied Certificates from class 4th to 10th (Xerox).
6. Bank A/c passbook front page (Xerox).
7. Aadhaar card (Xerox).
8. Ration Card (Xerox).
9. TC (Transfer Certificate - Xerox).
Required to follow the above mentioned order. 
Note: Late submissions may get late release of Scholarship Amount.

Dear Students,
       End Semester examinations for all batches from PUC - I to E4 (except E1) will conclude by December 5th, 2018. MT3 exams for E1 will conclude by forenoon of December 6th. End Semester examinations for E1 will be as per the calendar uploaded on hub and will take place between 13th December and 22nd December. There is no change in the academic calendar of E1 which will remain the same as the one uploaded on hub - except for the dates of MT3.

All students are hereby informed that the following ground timings and guidelines shall be followed strictly:

Timings for All Sports and Games
Morning: 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Evening: 5.00 PM to 7:00 PM

The above timings are applicable to all sports and games activities, including activities conducted in the Sports Activity Centre (SAC) Building.

Guidelines
Students must carry their Institute ID Card at all times while using the sports facilities. with out ID CARDS,no entry into the grounds
Students must enter their details, including In-Time and Out-Time, in the respective registers maintained at all grounds and sports facilities.
Students shall wear proper sports attire and sports shoes during participation in sports and games activities.
Any activity beyond the stipulated timings requires prior permission from the Department of Physical education/Sports Cell (AB-3).
All students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the Physical Education Department staff.
