Instructions:
1) Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.
2) Enter your details in the register provided, including:

Inward - laptop submission to Hardware Engineer(date, time, and sign only
Outward - laptop Receive from Hardware Engineer (date, time, and sign only)

3) Submit the laptop only after recording all details clearly and accurately in the register book.
4) If your name is already on the list or you have already submitted, please ignore this notice.

After Repair:

Once the repair is completed, you must check your laptop in the presence of the hardware engineer.

After confirming that the issue is resolved, you may collect your laptop.

Note:
***** The responsibility of the registered laptops lies solely between the student and the hardware engineer.
* Student must carry your ID card before receive laptop from Hardware Engineer.

In continuation to the staff feedback Circular dated 27/07/2023. It is to inform you that, the students who have not submitted their staff feedback survey for the AY2022-23, Semester-II, are required to submit their feedback by today 11:59 PM.

Every student must participate in the feedback survey without fail. For the students who do not participate in the feedback survey, their registration for Semester-I of the AY2023-24 may not be considered.
