We are pleased to inform that based on the performance in the written test conducted on 03 May 2026 and the subsequent interviews conducted by VEDA IIT, the following students of RGUKT Basar have been provisionally selected for the Training and Internship Program.

Program Details:

> 6 months of Industry-Oriented Full-Time Training at VEDA IIT.
> Upon successful completion of the training and academic requirements, candidates will be offered a 6-month  Internship at VEDA IIT/Participating Company with stipend, subject to the organization's terms and conditions.
>Tentative commencement date: 01 July 2026.

Important:
The selected students are advised to convey their formal willingness to join the Training and Internship Program by replying to the email sent by VEDA IIT within two days of receipt, with a copy marked to the Training & Placement Office.

 This is to bring to your attention that, for the AY_23-24_E1,E2&E3_S1_EST_Rem_Oct&Nov-24 examination hall tickets will be distributed on 15th Oct-24(Tuesday) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. 

Slot1: 3:30 PM-5:00 PM

Note: 
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam. Additionally everyone should wear uniforms during the examinations.

The examinations for E1, E2, E3&E4_S2_EST [B18, B19, B20, B21 & B22] Remedial mode examinations are scheduled in the month of Jul-26. In this regard, it hereby notified to the students having remedial of semester-II in E1, E2, E3&E4 can register for the above-mentioned examinations from 19th Jun-26. Registrations made through online submission will only be accepted.

Note:

•	Registration starts: 19th Jun-26 
•	Registration ends: 22nd Jun-26

Important Notes:

•	No spot registration will be accepted.
•	Fee details as follows: Rs 250/- each subject.
•       Do not choose payment options that add extra fees unless absolutely necessary

Dear Students,

This is to inform all the E1- E4 students of AY 2024-25 sem-I, that the students who have attendance between 65% to 75% are required to submit the concerned medical documents at the Academic Section to get their attendance condoned on medical grounds on or before 10.12.2024 by 4:00 pm without fail.

1. Medical Certificate from the Doctor for the period of treatment taken
2. Medical Prescription
3. Lab Reports
4. Any other relevant documents.

All the Class room Representatives are required to collect Scholarship application form hard copies along with the following documents from the students and to submit in Scholarship Section (w-9) on or before 06.03.2017 by 04.00 PM.

Dear Students 

This is to inform you that an Orientation Program on Placements has been scheduled for the E4 students of the AY22-23 today i.e., on 02/08/2022.
The students of two Engineering Branches will attend a session at a stretch and so three/four sessions will be held in @two batches per session.

In this regard, the academic instruction for the E4 students during the Orientation Program is suspended. The students shall attend the classes, as usual, except during the Orientation Program.
