Eligibility:
CSE graduates of 2024
7 CGPA and above throughout academics

Regular Selection Process

·        Only eligible candidates will be invited to take the online test. Each test acts as a filter for the next stage of the selection process

o    Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story

o    Technical & Psychometric Test

o    Verbal Communication Test

o    Technical Interview

o    HR Interview

·        Eligible candidates will receive a test link for all rounds on their registered email ID. Candidates to check their junk/spam folder as well

·        Rounds 1-3 will be conducted online and rounds 4-5 (Technical & HR interviews) will happen at a specified TechM campus

 Supercoder Selection Process

·        Candidates who excel academically & perform well in the Regular Selection Process (excluding HR round) will advance & qualify for consideration in the Supercoder Cadre selection

·        Eligible candidates will then take the Supercoder Test, and those who pass will be designated as Supercoders

 Joining Location and Work Timings

·        Open positions available, PAN India

·        Candidate should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Centers or client locations spread across the country according to company work hours

·        Candidate should be open to working in different shifts

Bond & Compensation

Upon selection:

·        Candidate will be on probation for 6 months

·        Candidate clearing the regular selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum

·        Candidate successfully passing the Supercoder selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 5.5 L /Annum

·        Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company

Note: During probation, the candidate may receive unit-specific classroom training/
on-the-job-training/shadowing as per the business requirement.

This is to inform all the E2 and E3 students of AY22-23, Semester-II – that the Academic Section is compiling the students’ attendance so as to finalize the list of students who are eligible to be permitted for the End Semester Examinations (ESEs) to be held in August 2023. The list may be made available to the students by evening of 26/07/2023.
As you all know, as per the academic rules, the students who have less than 75% are not permitted to appear for ESEs. However, in special cases, for valid medical reason, the University may codone the deficiency in attendance to the extent of 10% on medical grounds subject to submission of valid medical documents that are given below.
1.	Medical Certificate from the Doctor/Hospital where the student has taken treatment 
2.	Medical prescriptions as advised by the Doctor
3.	Other medical reports (if applicable to the case)
This may be noted that there shall not be any mismatch among the dates on medical certificates, medical prescriptions and medical reports.
Therefore, the students who think they are probable to be fallen under below 75% attendance category are advised to keep ready the above documents beforehand so that there shall not be any delay in considering the request of the student.
