Dear Students,

   This is to bring to your attention that, for the AY_25-26_P1_S1_EST_Reg_Dec-25 examination hall tickets will be distributed on Today(17/12/2025) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. All concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Time : 3:00 PM-03:30 PM

Note: 
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

`` Attention Students of RGUKT Basar !

We are excited to announce that the registrations for recruitment of student coordinators for the SPIC MACAY Heritage Club at RGUKT Basar are started. SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth) aims to promote Indian heritage and culture among the youth, and our club is dedicated to fostering this mission within our campus.

It is here by informed to all E - 3 students (2013 Batch), those who are eligible for scholarships and not eligible for scholarship are required to clear all your fee dues before sem - I end semester exams. After repeated reminders university is going to withhold exam hall tickets of the students who are fail to remit dues, they would not be permitted to write the SEM 1 exams.

As soon as the second set of uniforms are distributed, the uniform provider will offer a free modification service to all students. While this is going on, any students who want to get their clothes altered can do so for a little fee of Rs. 40 for one set of dress. If somebody makes a demand higher than that, it can be brought to the attention of university administration.
