Dear all,

For all the students who had missed to take reimbursement amount of NPTEL last run on the specified dates and for other students (45) who reported that there names were missing in the list, the reimbursement will be done after Dussera vacation, we are waiting for release of second phase funds from university for the same,Details would be put up in the hub after Dussera.

So far close to 400 plus students have taken reimbursement amount.

Keep watching hub for further updates after Dussera vacation.

Students of PUC1 and PUC2 who have submitted their idea for validate event need to submit their idea once again by 12:00 PM tomorrow (08-03-2019) at AB-1, 314 in the same format.

NOTE: Only those who have submitted earlier need to submit.

All the Girl Students of RGUKT-Basar are here by informed that there is an awareness programme is going to be conducted by S'HE' Team along with Nirmal district SP and DSP at 9:30AM  on 08-07-2019.

In continuation of the previous circular dated 30-07-2025 regarding E1 Branch Preference Registration for Engineering Allocation, it is hereby informed that, as per the instructions of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, the deadline for submitting branch preferences has been extended to 08-08-2025.

Students can submit their branch preferences and upload the required certificates using the link provided below.

Students who fail to register before the extended deadline (08-08-2025) may submit a request letter along with a late fee of Rs. 500/- to the Academic Section on 09-08-2025 (Friday), before 5:00 PM.

Students who have already submitted their preferences but wish to make changes may also do so by submitting a request letter, clearly mentioning their revised order of preferences, and paying a late fee of Rs. 500/- to the Academic Section on 09-08-2025, before 5:00 PM.

Note:
No requests will be entertained after 09-08-2025, 5:00 PM under any circumstances.
