Dear Students,

As per Terms & Conditions, all the students need to return their laptops.

All the E4 Sem II Students need to submit their respective laptop to the concerned System administrator (AB1/AB2) in the University. Any student who fails to return laptop, their No-Due will not be processed for the same.

 

System Administration
Students who are facing laptop issues but have not yet registered their complaints regarding Acer laptops are requested to report them immediately.
(Common issues include (but are not limited to):
Keyboard problems
Motherboard issues
RAM or Hard Disk failures
Adapter or Battery backup issues
Back cover, bezels, upper case, lower case damages
LCD dim display, LCD cable faults, LCD or hinge damage)

Time: 10.30AM to 1:00PM 
Registering your complaint now is important because once the required spare parts arrive, your issue can be resolved.

*** Do NOT use adhesives like Feviquick, gum, plaster, Fevicol, etc. to repair or cover any part of the laptop yourself.
Doing so may void your warranty and delay official repairs. ***

Here are the details of the upcoming stages in the Infosys Campus Recruitment Program for 2020-21:
 
1.	Candidates will take Infosys online test

Registered candidates will appear for the Infosys online test on the confirmed date and time using the link and one-time password shared with the candidates by Infosys Talent Acquisition team.

This online test comprises following sections:

Section II	        Mathematical Ability	            10	         35 minutes
Section III	Verbal Ability	                            20	         20 minutes

Total test duration – 100 minutes

Please find the attached ‘Guidelines – Infosys Online Test’ to appear for the online test.

A sample test is available on InfyTQ Infosys Recruitment Process page for candidates to practice and prepare.
 
2.	Qualified candidates will appear for virtual interview

If a candidate clears the Infosys online test he/she will progress to the interview round that will assess their technical and behavioral skills.

Interview schedule will be shared with each candidate through mail by Infosys Talent Acquisition team.
Interview results for qualified candidates will be shared with their respective placement office.
 
3.	Selection communication is sent to shortlisted candidates

Candidates who clear the interview round will receive communication regarding selection for a role at Infosys.

An ACER Hardware Engineer will be available at ABI (opposite Room No. 205) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Students who are facing laptop hardware-related issues are advised to visit the location during the mentioned time to get their problems resolved with the help of the hardware engineer.

Important Instructions:

Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.

Carefully enter the following details in the register:

After repair, you must personally collect your laptop from the hardware engineer.

Handing over and receiving the laptop after repair is entirely the student’s responsibility.

Dear Students,

In continuation with the notice posted in hub on 3rd June2020, it is to inform the students who are detained in previous years due to backlog credits for example not promoted from E1 to E2/ from E2 to E3/ from E3 to E4.

The students who have cleared backlogs and who are eligible to promote as per the academic promotion rules can apply for readmission for Sem1, AY20-21. The students who have not cleared the backlogs can also apply for readmission and these students will be permitted for readmission on condition basis that students will be allowed to write end semester after clearance of backlogs as per criteria of Academic promotion rules.

Students can apply for readmission by 30th June2020, and details are mentioned in previous notice posted on 3rd June 2020.
