The students appearing for the exam should carry their identity cards with them and must report on time.

Dear students,

Dr. E. Murali Darshan, a noted academic, policy advisor, and foreign trade analyst, will be delivering a motivational speech at SAC Auditorium tomorrow, i.e., 15/11/24, at 10:30 AM for PUC 1 and PUC 2 students.

1.	PUC students must submit a printed version of the outpass request form to obtain the outpass at the issuing counters.
2.	The outpass will be issued to students only if their parents/guardians' photo is on their parent ID card.
3.	 PUC-1 students are provided with separate hostel rooms to keep only their mattresses, trunk box and buckets. All other items should be removed from the room along with the luggage.
4.	Both PUC-1 and PUC-2 students are requested not to lock their allotted hostel rooms.
5.	 The university is not responsible for any valuable items (laptops, certificates, documents, textbooks, etc.) left in the hostels.

                                                    SCHEDULE OF NFTDC DRIVE

It is hereby informed to all registered students of NFTDC that NFTDC campus recruitment drive is scheduled on 22nd Dec 2017 at AB-II 308 at 7:45AM followed by interviews at New placement cell building.

Note: 
1. Carry Calculator for written test.
2. Students need to carry all necessary documents along with updated resume and passport photograph.

This is to inform all the students that the University has started online classes for the students through the Google Classroom and through the Office 365 platforms during the closure of the University due to COVID-19. The departments of the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) are using the Office 365 platform and the other departments are using the Google Classroom platform.

Therefore, it is requested that all the students shall utilize the online classes during the closure of the University. The students who have not yet received any invitation/information to join online classes should immediately contact their respective faculty and/or the Head of the Department (HoD) (through phone or mail) and do get registered for the courses. The respective faculty/HoDs shall guide you for any difficulty during the process.

All the students of RGUKT Basar informed that the implementation of the Online Outpass Management System (OMS) and transfer of the outpass issuing section from the Chief Warden Office to the security outpost from Dt.25/01/2024. After the outpass has been approved, you can proceed to the main gate and ensure that the checkout process is completed.
