It is to inform all the students that the railway concession forms are available at Office of the student welfare. Hence all the students instructed to make use of the facility provided.
Rules and Regulations:
1.The concession is applicable only for Sleeper class(SL) and 2nd Seating(2S) only.
2.The concession will be as follows
i) 75% of the total fare for SC/ST category ii) 50% of the total fare for other students.
3. For outward journey ticket must be booked at Basar Station
4. For downward journey ticket the student can book at Basar station now itself or they need to get signature on the concession form at Basar railway station and later they can book the ticket at their boarding station.
5. For online booked E-tickets the concession is not applicable, the student need to book only at Basar station physically.
6. For Breakup journey also concession applicable maximum of one breakup provided all the tickets must be booked at Basar station only.
7.Each Student will be issued maximum of two forms only.

The schedule for conducting E3 summer internship presentations follows:
Date of presentations: 18th and 19th July, 2018 ( Afternoon session)
All students are instructed to submit soft and hard copy of reports on or before 16th July, 2018 evening 5:00pm in HOD cabin. Before submitting in the HOD cabin, they should show the same thing to the respective faculty advisor.Dear Student,
It is hereby informed to all E4 Student that RGUKT-BASARA has registered with TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) for Academic year 2016-2017. All Students are encouraged to register and utilize the services provided by task. There expected to provide some training with placement assistance. TASK registration fee has been reduced by 50%.
