Shortlisted for Pre-Placement Interview at Infosys (2022 -23 Graduates)
The following list of students(Graduates of 2022 – 23) have now received a pre-placement interview (PPI) opportunity based on their performance in the Advantage Round for the role of Systems Engineer at Infosys .
They need to report at Training and Placement office, AB-III, sharp at 12.15 PM on 18-04-2022.
The process will be as follow:
1. Survey Form - Shortlisted candidates will receive a mail along with a survey form link. The survey form will capture all necessary details with respect to their employment. Please note that it is mandatory for the students to fill the form latest by 18th April, 2022 to take forward their candidature with Infosys. Failure to this may lead to the cancellation of their pre-placement interview.

2. Interview Round – This will be a virtual video round to assess the candidate’s technical and behavioral competency. The candidates will receive their interview slot details 48 hours prior to the interview.
3. Declaration – You will receive an email from Infosys with respect to your final status.
4. Onboarding - Selected students will receive their offer letters one month prior to their date of joining. Their onboarding will be planned based on the business requirements and post completion of all the academic engagements.
Note: Shortlisted students will also be awarded Infosys Certification based on their performance in this technical interview.

Greeting from Training & Placement, RGUKT, Basar…!
It is hereby informed to the current E3(B18) & E4(B17) students that under the aegis of CSR( Corporate Social Responsibility ) of Barclays, Rubicon has come forward to extend the Life Skills program to our university this year too.
The details are as follows:
Rubicon’s “Lifeskills” Program, supported by Barclays aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. This initiative is supported by Barclays.
Under this program, students will be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills, which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program is being launched with limited no of colleges in India.
They are looking forward to collaborate with our institute and plan to run the below initiatives:
1. 24 hrs. classroom training on Interview Skills (Details mentioned below). Due to Pandemic, this is divided into two parts – 18 hours virtual and 6 hours classroom training. A Corporate Trainer will deliver 18 hours of virtual training using Zoom/WebEx as a platform – training will be conducted 2 hours per day for 9 days. 6 hours of face-to-face training will be done as per the Pandemic situation.
2. Industry visit of students to various organizations.
3. Post Placement Mentoring and Career Counselling support to placed students for one year.
In Life Skills training, we will be covering the below topics:
1. Organizational Structure
2. Public Speaking
3. Presentation Skills
4. E-mail Etiquette
5. Grooming
6. Group Discussion
7. Personal Interview
8. Assessment will be conducted on Group Discussion and Personal Interview

iB Group is bringing CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY to RGUKT Basar.
iB Group in association with CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY is going to conduct a Test for the students of P1, P2, E1. Students qualifying in that test will receive a Certificate from Cambridge University itself which is widely accepted across the world in many different countries by various academic institutions and corporate companies. This is a wonderful opportunity to the students of RGUKT Basar as this is a certification from the best university in the world for english. iB Group is taking care of training of students in this aspect. Also it costs Rs. 2500 for each student to give this test which is being taken by iB Group.Students can just focus on their preparation for the test. As a part of this a preliminary exam will be conducted to all the students of P1,P2,E1 on this saturday and sunday by iB Group.
