Position Title: Data Scientist (Entry-Level/Fresher)

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our data science team as an entry-level data scientist. As a data scientist, you will play a key role in extracting insights from data, building predictive models, and assisting in various data-driven initiatives within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the field of data science.

Responsibilities:
•	Data Collection and Preprocessing:
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform exploratory data analysis to understand the underlying patterns and trends in the data.

•	Model Development and Evaluation:
Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on model improvements as necessary.

•	Data Visualization and Reporting:
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and findings from data analysis.
Prepare reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•	Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Work closely with senior data scientists and mentors to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge.

•	Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the field of data science.
Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your proficiency in data science methodologies and technologies.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries/frameworks (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience with data science projects, internships, or coursework is a plus.

Qualification: B.Tech -23 & 24 Passed out - trained on Data Science
Percentage: 70% & above
Excellent communication skills

Note: Bond of Service: 2 Years and Breaking bond leads to 3 to 4 Lakh rupees.
