Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Ideate and formulate a pragmatic blueprint for enterprise AI platform solution and subsequent development using Deep learning with a cross-functional team of talented engineers, Motivated self-learner
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient AI based solutions for business problems
• Implement best practices in coding, collaborating and maintaining code repositories
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of AI platforms
• Provide real time knowledge transfer to the team on the Requirements based on client facing meetings and white boarding workshops
• Help in writing a comprehensive proposal with the help of the other engineers on the project
• Work in an agile environment based on the defined sprint backlogs to deliver the assigned work in the stipulated timelines.
• Adhere to software development best practices and coding standards in all work products and participate in the refinement of those practices and standards to improve quality and productivity
• Work collaboratively with a cross functional team of engineers under the guidance of an AI platform lead
Required skills
• Very strong engineering degree in Computer Science/or other engineering discipline from top tier schools
• Formal training on Data science, Machine Learning including NLP either as part of the curriculum or any training course
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on analytical thinking
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge or exposure to building NLP models using Transformer based Deep Learning architectures
• Strong knowledge or exposure to with LLMs, Prompt engineering, instruction based few shot learning, different approaches of fine-tuning and knowledge of training LLM models.
• Strong knowledge or exposure to building RAG based business solutions using LLMs
• Strong knowledge or exposure to building Conversational AI chat bots using tools like LangChain

1. Very strong skills in Math, Probability, Statistics, SQL and Quants (Analytical reasoning)

We bring excitement into learning by developing and harnessing their curiosity and intrinsic motivation for learning.
Rubicon’s “Connect with Work” Program, supported by Barclays aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. This initiative is supported by Barclays. Under this program, students will be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program is offered free of cost to the current Pre-final year and final year students of RGUKT, Basar. Please go through the complete program details as shared below.
Program Details:
1. 24 hrs. classroom training on Interview Skills (Details mentioned below). Due to pandemic this is divided into two parts – 18 hours virtual and 6 hours classroom training. 18 hours of virtual training will be delivered by a Corporate Trainer using Zoom/Webex as a platform – training will be conducted 2 hours per day for 9 days. 6 hours of face to face training will be done once the college reopens.
2. Industry visit of students to various organizations.
3. Post Placement Mentoring and Career Counselling support to placed students for one year.
In Life Skills training, we will be covering the below topics:
1. Organizational Structure
2. Public Speaking
3. Presentation Skills
4. E-mail Etiquette
5. Grooming
6. Group Discussion
7. Personal Interview
8. Assessment will be conducted on Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
All the students of current E3 & E4 students are eligible for the program. It is mandatory for students to do registrations to get eligibility for a training program.

It is to inform all the students that the railway concession forms are available at Office of the student welfare. Hence all the students instructed to make use of the facility provided.
Rules and Regulations:
1.The concession is applicable only for Sleeper class(SL) and 2nd Seating(2S) only.
2.The concession will be as follows
i) 75% of the total fare for SC/ST category ii) 50% of the total fare for other students.
3. For outward journey ticket must be booked at Basar Station
4. For downward journey ticket the student can book at Basar station now itself or they need to get signature on the concession form at Basar railway station and later they can book the ticket at their boarding station.
5. For online booked E-tickets the concession is not applicable, the student need to book only at Basar station physically.
6. For Breakup journey also concession applicable maximum of one breakup provided all the tickets must be booked at Basar station only.
7.Each Student will be issued maximum of two forms only.
