It is observed that students are taking selfies/pics near the Decoration lights arranged on the dividers in front of AB 1/AB 2 and on the lawn near the main gate. Please be informed that being very close to such electric installations is dangerous.

Students are therefore advised to stay away from decoration lights arranged as part of the Antahpragnya/Trinayana 2k25 event.

The students must enter their credentials at the Register/Log Book placed at the entrance of AB-1 and AB-2 respectively, and this must be used only for the sole purpose of NPTEL.

University of Mumbai, and Goa University, in association with Vijnana Bharati Mumbai and Maritime Research Centre, Pune, is organizing an Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) Summer School in Mumbai and Goa. This will be a six week project based internship, essentially to create awareness about the ocean and relevant acoustic technology driven maritime strategies with in-depth research and analysis.

UDA Summer School aims to connect the academia to the stake holders including industry, research organizations, strategic think tanks and the users with application oriented human resource development and technology awareness. A detailed concept note is attached for your kind perusal.

The UDA Summer School 2018 was well received across the stakeholders and participants. The projects undertaken by the participants had significant relevance to the SAGAR vision of the Honourable Prime Minister. The valedictory function for the event was held at the office of the Honourable Chief Minister of Goa, Late Shri Manohar Parrikar and he being the Former Defence Minister appreciated the concept. Your kind words of encouragement for UDA Summer School 2018 was extremely valuable.
