Dear All,

All the students who have paid NPTEL registration Fee  in Omega 9 and could not register or rejected by SPOC can collect back the amount paid from Omega9 anytime from now (29/03/2018 onwards).

Please take back the amount from Omega 9  (bring along ID Card with You)

Apart from that  8 candidates registered  are SC/ST and 1 candidate is differently abled.
So they need to pay Rs.275/- only.

Since excess payment has been made (Rs.550/- in place of Rs. 275/-) we will refund Rs.275/- for each of the 9 candidates. Therefore Rs. 2475/- will be refunded.

This amount has to come from NPTEL, once it comes would update the same and this amount could be taken back.

Dear Students,
It is to inform all ECE and CSE final year students that, TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) has proposed a Finishing school training to make students employable. The Training will be of 40 days covering technical skill, soft skill, and aptitude. The students have to go through a assessment test and only those qualified students are eligible for the training. The fees for the training is 3000+Tax. Keeping in mind the high fees University would like to help interested eligible students by paying 1000 per student. The remaining amount has to be paid by the students which will be collected after the assessment test.

It is here by informed to all the PUC-I students that, those who are eligible for scholarship are required to apply for Scholarship for the Academic Year 2021-22 to get the fee reimbursement from the Govt. of Telangana State.

•	In epass page click on Post Matric Scholarship Services. 
•	Next click on Postmatric Scholarships For Fresh Registration(2021-22) 

Note 1:  

The following documents are to be scanned and uploaded (wherever required) for fresh registration process:

a. Latest passport size photograph. 
b. Aadhaar card of the Student (Name of the student on Aadhar card should match with SSC memo)
c. Bank pass book first page (which showing student name, Bank Account Number and IFSC code of the bank branch). Any nationalized bank and branch with minimum balance (not Zero account), don’t use joint account (For EBC students Bank pass book is not mandatory).
d. STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE from class 4th to 10th.

Note 2:  Student has to keep the following information ready in hand to register for scholarship.

a. Application number of caste certificate obtained from Meeseva centre.
b. Application Number of Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva centre latest by 01-04-2021.
c. S.S.C Hall ticket number, Year of pass, SSC pass type (Regular/Supple./CBSE/ICSC/Other Board etc.) to access the application
d. Scholarship type:  College Attached Hostel
e. Admission Number:  Student ID Number
f. College Admission Date and Hostel Admission Date: Student Admission Date (which is mentioned on admission slip, provided at the time of admission)

Note 3:

a. Student has to carry his/her mobile while applying for scholarship to enter ONE TIME PASSWORD at the time of registration (Mobile number may belongs to the student’s or student’s family members).

Engineering design of foundation for medium to high rise structure is a creative, iterative and open-ended process, subject to many constraints. The complexity and uncertainty involved with the natural geological environment makes design of foundation for structure unique. Earthquakes are the naturally occurring events, which are mostly responsible for the property damage all around the world.

Preventing seismic events is not possible, however evaluation of seismic risks and taking effective measures in foundation design of medium & high-rise structures is very much possible, for such emergencies.

To fulfill the current day requirements, Civil Engineers need awareness and knowledge of the advancements made in Site-Specific Geotechnical Investigations for Medium & High-Rise Buildings. To meet these demands a short course on “Site-Specific Geotechnical Investigations for Medium & High-Rise Buildings” is planned at International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H) during 3-5 November 2016
. The short course focuses mainly on the recent advancements made in Site-Specific Analysis of Medium & High-Rise Buildings.
