Job Description:

Data Analyst assists Analytics Consultants to design and execute analyses to address business problems for our clients and project teams. Data Analysts assist ACs leverage their analytic skills to find data-driven insights that help our clients solve their most important business problems and engage with clients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act on them.

Responsibilities:
●	Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and SetuServ team decision-making;
●	Design custom analyses in Tableau and Excel to investigate and inform client needs;
●	Advance problem-solving skills and improve SetuServ’s capabilities;
●	Synthesize and communicate results to clients and SetuServ teams through oral and written presentations;
●	Provide client and SetuServ teams project status updates;
●	Create project deliverables and implement solutions;
●	Guide and mentor other Analysts on teams.




Example problems you would be solving at SetuServ:

●	Design and develop tools(excel/Tableau) for client’s salesforce teams
●	Design and develop decks using PowerPoint to answer key business questions from data
●	Coordinate with a team of ~5 analysts to work towards project completion

Requirements:
●	High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
●	Fluency in English is required along with strong oral and written communication skills; 
●	Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence;
●	Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
●	Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks;
●	Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
●	Experience of organizing college fests/workshops/events

2) Once registered, all students are required to attend the sessions without fail. If any student failed to attend the session, he/she should be liable to reimburse the cost of training fee which would be adjusted towards their dues. 

3) Reading material/Tutorials will be provided (Free of Cost). 

4) All registered students can log on to a platform for self-practice for a period of 1 year. (Online support for mock exams would be supported) 

5) No late registration is Permitted. 

6) Daily attendance would be taken and the students are hereby informed to sign the attendance daily for each session.

No Due Certificate for B13 will be issued from 1-05-2019 to 8-05-2019 only.

 Dear Students,

Engineering design of foundation for medium to high rise structure is a creative, iterative and open-ended process, subject to many constraints. The complexity and uncertainty involved with the natural geological environment makes design of foundation for structure unique. Earthquakes are the naturally occurring events, which are mostly responsible for the property damage all around the world.

Preventing seismic events is not possible, however evaluation of seismic risks and taking effective measures in foundation design of medium & high-rise structures is very much possible, for such emergencies.

To fulfill the current day requirements, Civil Engineers need awareness and knowledge of the advancements made in Site-Specific Geotechnical Investigations for Medium & High-Rise Buildings. To meet these demands a short course on “Site-Specific Geotechnical Investigations for Medium & High-Rise Buildings” is planned at International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H) during 3-5 November 2016
. The short course focuses mainly on the recent advancements made in Site-Specific Analysis of Medium & High-Rise Buildings.
