Dear B11 Batch students,

Alumni Association registration is one of the columns in your ‘No Due’ Form. The following is the process to get it signed.

1.	Take a print out of ‘Alumni Registration form’(find the attachment) 
2.	Fill out the details in the form.
3.	Submit the form in academic section (old block), where verification & signature will be done.
4.	Once the process is done, you have successfully registered at RGUKT Basar Alumni Association.

Note: Till May 3rd, from 3PM to 6PM – concerned authority willn’t be available to sign on the form.
Post May 3rd – You can submit them and get the signature during office hours.

Dear Students,

All CR's are requested to collect the hall tickets for Sem2 Reg  examinations which are going to be held from 8th Nov at AB-II 106. Collect them within the prescribed timing given below,

E1 CR's-------- 4:55PM
E2 CR's--------5.05 PM
E3 CR's--------5.15 PM
Students are not permitted into examination hall without hall ticket and ID Card.
It is to hereby informed to all the registered students for the “Math Quiz “ 
the venues for the Screening Test on 07/11/2016 (today)  at 6pm to 6:45pm  are :

PUC-2   -  ABII 307 & 308
E1 & E2  -   ABII 309 &311
Note: after 6:00 pm students can not be allowed for the Screening Test
Greatest constructions also start with a small initiation.
Taking that simple initiation dept.of Civil presents "DOME MAKING".
* Procurement for the Dome will be provided by the Civil Dept.
* Spot registrations are accepted.

Dear Students,

It is to bring your attention that all the students must follow the instructions during the examinations:
1. Students are supposed to wear Uniform and Identity Card issued by the University(Collect from Welfare Office) for all the examinations henceforth. No student will be allowed to enter the examination halls without them.
2. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones or any other electronic gadget to the examination hall. Electronic gadgets will not be returned, once found during the examinations.
3. Students indulging in any kind of malpractices, will be expelled from the hall and would cancel all the remaining of examinations.
4. Students are supposed to bring water bottles to make yourself hydrated.

•	There can be a delay as continuous interviews are happening. Candidates are requested to wait till the host lets them in. 
•	The candidate can expect the host to let them in between the scheduled time.
