Schedule of MosChip Technologies 

We are pleased to inform to the below listed students that you to participate in the MosChip Technologies recruitment drive is scheduled for July 29, 2024 at 8:45AM. This is a great opportunity for you to land a promising career with MosChip.

It is essential that you arrive for the recruitment drive no later than 8:30 AM on the day.

Instructions to students:
•	Electronic gadgets are NOT allowed except laptop.
•	The video in MS Teams should be enabled until completion of the exam: email sent.
•	The exam link will be shared with respective TPO in advance and the same will be shared with each of you before the commencement of the exam
•	You should be present as per the above-mentioned time.
•	You won’t be able to copy or paste. Any unusual activity will be counted as proctoring and after 3 chances, the test gets terminated and will be disqualified.
•	The tool captures every second until you submit the exam so no scope of toggling the windows and if you more than 2/3 times, your session will be terminated and will be considered as disqualified.
•	Once you click the test link, you should register to generate password and log in using the same password.
•	Make sure you fully charge your laptop fully and carry the charging cable too along with mouse.
•	Make sure your laptop/system audio/video is perfect and in working condition.
•	Invigilator will provide the sheet for the rough work.
•	Do not forget to select the appropriate information while registering the information before attempting the test.

Dear Students,

This is to inform all the E3 & E4 students of AY 2023-24 sem-I, that the students who have attendance between 65% to 75% are required to submit the concerned medical documents at the Academic Section to get their attendance condoned on medical grounds on 18.12.2023 by 6:00 pm without fail.

The documents required are:
1. Medical Certificate from the Doctor for the period of treatment taken.
2. Medical Prescription
3. Lab Reports
4. Any other relevant documents.

Dear Student,

Urgent notice from Training & Placement ! 

     The Tender for Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) was floated by considering number of students registered for placement which,as per records, shows 839 have registered for placements. However, it is observed that over 250 students who registered for placement services have not registered for CRT even though it is mandatory and is paid for by the University. 

It must clearly be understood that vendors providing the CRT quote their rates based on the numbers provided. RGUKT has given the number as 839. It is therefore the responsibility of the students who registered for placement services to also register for CRT.

 In this regard, as per the direction of Dean, Academics and Training & Placements, it is informed that all the students who have registered for Placements must register for CRT and attend CRT classes regularly (85% attendance is mandatory). 

The entire training amount per student which RGUKT is paying to the vendor will be recovered from those who fail to register for CRT (even though registered for placement services) and those who have less than 85% attendance in the CRT classes.

CRT Program will be start from 10-September-2018 (12 to 14 Days only).

Note: The students who registered for T&P but not registered for CRT program those students need to come to Training & placement Office (Administrative Building) by 3:00 PM today to register (Mandatory).
