The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, has launched the Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) Program for direct admission to the PhD program at IISc, IISERs and IITs.
The PMRF selections for May 2019 is open for students who have completed or be pursuing the final year of four (or five) year undergraduate or five year integrated M.Tech or five year integrated M.Sc. or 2 year M.Sc. or five year undergraduate-postgraduate dual degree programs in Science and Technology streams from any Institute /University recognized in India. These candidates should have secured a
CGPA/CPI of at least 8.0 (on a 10-point scale) or equivalent till the last semester and have secured a score of 750 or higher in the respective GATE subject. The required academic qualification should be in the preceding three years (i.e., 2017, 2018 and 2019). More details can be found on the PMRF website at https://may2019.pmrf.in/
The Application portal for PMRF selections in May 2019 is open and it will accept applications from the candidates till April 7, 2019.

It is to inform you that there is a meeting with Honorable VC sir at 5:30pm today in SAC Auditorium. Sir will address the Sports Achievers and participants in the tournaments. All the students who play sports and games are informed to attend this meeting without fail.All the Students of (2012 Batch) are here by informed to check out your Library Due Books status and those who have taken books in E1-E3, are informed to return the books before 05-04-2018. Only E4 Books should return at the end of semester.
Note : Fine Rs.200/- will be collected for late submission.
