GREETINGS FROM SPORTS CELL
This is to inform all students, faculty, and staff that the Annual Games & Sports Meet 2025-26 for PUC and Engineering students will commence from 19th January 2025 on the university campus.
All games and events will be conducted at the following venue: Shathavahana Ground
Event Timings: Morning Session: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM Evening Session: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Team Selections
Team selections for PUC Boys and Girls will begin from 5th 2026 January onwards at Shathavahana Ground. Further details regarding selection schedule will be informed shortly.
All participants are instructed to:
Report 15 minutes prior to event or selection time
Attend in proper sports uniform
Follow the instructions of student/sports coordinators
The day-wise detailed sports schedule will be circulated soon.

• There can be a delay as continuous interviews are happening. Candidates are requested to wait till the host lets them in.
• The candidate can expect the host to let them in between the scheduled time.

Career Guidance Session & CRT/JRT Training Program
(ASPIRE CAREER 40 – JRT & Aptitude & Reasoning)
All E3 students of all branches are hereby informed that the Training & Placement (T&P) Office is conducting the following mandatory career-oriented programs as per university approvals.
1. Career Guidance / Career Orientation Session
• Date: 07 February 2026 (Friday)
• Time: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Venue: SAC
• Participants: All E3 students (MME, EEE, ME, CE, ECE, CSE & Chemical)
• Attendance: Mandatory (will be recorded)
• Resource Persons: Industry & Career Guidance Experts from UWH
2. CRT / JRT Training Program (ASPIRE CAREER – 10 Days)
• Duration: 09 February 2026 to 19 February 2026
• Daily Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Participants: Selected 200 students
• Batching: 4 Batches × 50 students each
• Mode: JRT & Aptitude & Reasoning (Simultaneous Plan)

Important Instructions to Students
All participating students are strictly instructed to follow the guidelines below:
1. Attendance is compulsory for both the Career Guidance Session and the entire 10-day CRT/JRT Program.
2. Students must actively participate, stay attentive, and ask questions to the trainers during sessions.
3. Passive attendance is discouraged — students are expected to be engaged, responsive, and disciplined throughout.
4. Class Representatives (CRs) must coordinate with faculty coordinators, trainers, and the T&P Office for:
o Session coordination
o Attendance tracking
o Smooth conduct of the program
Important Note
• Non-attendance, partial attendance, or lack of seriousness in any of the above activities may lead to the student being debarred from upcoming on-campus recruitment drives.
• Attendance will be monitored session-wise and day-wise.
• Final assessments will be conducted at the end of the program.

BATHUKAMMA PANDUGA NOTICE
This is to inform all students that our university is celebrating Telangana Bathukamma Panduga on 30th September 2016, The Bathukamma celebrations timings start from 5 PM onwards.
Hence all the girl students are requested to take active role in Bathukamma preparation starts from 12.30 PM onwards on same day. Lady Staff members are requested to take lead role in this celebration.

Dear Students,
AY 20-21 E1, E2 & E3 SEM2 - EST Remedial Hall Tickets will be distrubted at ABII from 8.30AM tomorrow.
It is hereby informed to the graduates of 2019 & 2020 that TECH MAHINDRA would like to conduct the recruitment drive through ELEVATE Batch-III.
This program will be applicable to 2019 and 2020 pass-outs only. We will have a 3-month internship period followed by full-time job opportunities.
The program is uniquely designed to offer young individuals an opportunity to put their academic knowledge into practical situations while gaining relevant industry and domain experience.
Academic Eligibility:
• Qualifying courses – BE/B.Tech – CS / Computer / Engineering / IT / E&C / E&TC /Telecom /Communication/Electronics or MCA. ME / M.Tech candidates are not eligible
• Candidate should have completed qualifying course in 2019 & 2020 without any backlog
• Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma and BE/B.Tech/MCA
• Not more than 1-year gap between SSC and graduate program. Any candidate with a loss of academic year post joining the graduate/post-graduate program is ineligible to apply.
Holistic Selection Process:
• Candidates shortlisted from the registered list will undergo a selection process where they will be evaluated on Aptitude, Communication, Personality, Technical Skills (Basic Programming Test) and Business Awareness.
