Tech-Giant, TCS has scheduled the TCS Ninja National Qualifier Test (NQT) on July 20th for 2020 batch students.

To give the students a real-time experience about how the actual TCS NQT will look like, we at Placement Season, have come up with the second TCS NQT-specific Free Mock Test.

The test will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM tomorrow. We request you to forward this news about the TCS Ninja NQT Free Mock Test to your students.

By directions from the Hon’ble Vice - Chancellor, it is to inform all the students that the timings of commencement of classes, forenoon well as afternoon sessions, have slightly been adjusted again for PUC – I and PUC – II keeping in view of the heavy rush of the students at messes during breakfast and lunch hours for equal distribution of per capita time among all students while having food. However, there is no change in Engineering classes timings.

The students are to further notify that there is a five minutes recess/short break between sessions for them to have some relief.

The adjusted/re-scheduled timings will come into force from 16/08/2016.

Job Announcement of CONTENTERRA
Dear Students,
The Training and Placement (T&P) Office is excited to announce a job opportunity at CONTENTERRA SOFTWARE Pvt. Ltd. for the graduating class of 2025. Below are the details of the job notification. Interested candidates are requested to register on the portal by October 8, 2024.
Recruitment Process Overview:
1.	Initial Screening:
o	Technical Test: Candidates will participate in an online technical test to assess their skills and knowledge relevant to the position. If we visit the college, the test will be conducted on campus. Otherwise, we will share a link with you to facilitate the test.
o	Group Discussion: Following the technical test, candidates will engage in a group discussion to evaluate their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
o	Face-to-Face Technical Interview: Candidates who successfully clear the initial rounds will need to come to our office for a final face-to-face interview focused on technology.
2.	Final Round:
o	Successful candidates from the initial rounds will attend a final interview with our lead or senior management at our office.
3.	Elimination Rounds:
o	Each stage serves as an elimination round, requiring candidates to successfully clear each step to move forward.
4.	Post-Interview Process:
o	Confirmation Email: Candidates who pass all rounds will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps.
o	Offer Letter: An offer letter will be issued upon successful completion of the recruitment process and graduation.
5.	Training Period:
o	The first 6 months will be a training period, during which performance will be evaluated for confirmation of full-time employment.
o	Stipend: Interns will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
6.	Post-Training Employment:
o	Upon successful completion of the training period, the salary package will range from ₹3.6 lakhs to ₹6.5 lakhs per annum, based on performance.

Dear Students,
Please find the rules and deadlines for SIH-2022.

TEAM FORMATION:

1) All team members should be from same college; no inter-college teams are allowed. However, members from different branches of the same college/ institute are encouraged to form a team.
2) Each team would mandatorily comprise of 6 members including the team leader. 
3) Each team must have AT LEAST ONE FEMALE TEAM MEMBER.
4) As the software edition of the hackathon is digital product development competition, majority of the team members MUST be well versed with programming skills. For the hardware edition, we encourage multi-disciplinary teams – which means your team should have a good mix of Mechanical Engineers, Electronic Engineers, Product Designers and Programmers, etc.
5) The nominated teams should have participated in the recommended Internal hackathon.

PROBLEM STATEMENTS AND PRIZES TO BE WON:
1) SIH2022 brings you problem statements from leading public and private organizations, union ministries, state governments and NGOs in India.
2) There would be ONE single winning team for every problem statement posted on the portal. The prize money will be given by the collaborating ministry/ industry ONLY IF that organization likes the idea of the winning team. However, it is NOT mandatory to announce only one winning team against each problem statement. If the collaborating ministry/ industry conclude that none of the ideas are up-to-the-mark, they may not announce any winning team at the finale.
3) Amount of prize money to be awarded to each winning team is Rs.100000/- per problem statement.
4) If there is a tie between two or more teams, the final decision of the prize money distribution will be taken by the problem statement creator only and once the decision is made, it won’t be changed further.
5) Teams are also encouraged to think out-of-the-box and provide creative solutions to themes under ‘Students Innovation’ category. Please note that only 15 teams’ max (Including theme based/Student Innovation) are allowed from one college.
6) Prize money for student innovation category will also be different. 3 teams per nodal center will be selected of which 1st prize money will be of Rs 1 Lac and 2nd of Rs 75000 and 3rd will be of Rs 50000. There may be 3-4 nodal centers (tentatively) for student innovation category.
