Academics Notices

It is here by informed to all the PUC-I students that, those who are eligible for scholarship are required to apply for Scholarship for the Academic Year 2021-22 to get the fee reimbursement from the Govt. of Telangana State.

The following is the link for fresh registrations for scholarship: https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/

The following are the steps to be followed:

•	In epass page click on Post Matric Scholarship Services. 
•	Next click on Postmatric Scholarships For Fresh Registration(2021-22) 

Note 1:  

The following documents are to be scanned and uploaded (wherever required) for fresh registration process:

a. Latest passport size photograph. 
b. Aadhaar card of the Student (Name of the student on Aadhar card should match with SSC memo)
c. Bank pass book first page (which showing student name, Bank Account Number and IFSC code of the bank branch). Any nationalized bank and branch with minimum balance (not Zero account), don’t use joint account (For EBC students Bank pass book is not mandatory).
d. STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE from class 4th to 10th.

Note 2:  Student has to keep the following information ready in hand to register for scholarship.

a. Application number of caste certificate obtained from Meeseva centre.
b. Application Number of Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva centre latest by 01-04-2021.
c. S.S.C Hall ticket number, Year of pass, SSC pass type (Regular/Supple./CBSE/ICSC/Other Board etc.) to access the application
d. Scholarship type:  College Attached Hostel
e. Admission Number:  Student ID Number
f. College Admission Date and Hostel Admission Date: Student Admission Date (which is mentioned on admission slip, provided at the time of admission)

Note 3:

a. Student has to carry his/her mobile while applying for scholarship to enter ONE TIME PASSWORD at the time of registration (Mobile number may belongs to the student’s or student’s family members). 
b. Should have mail ID to save scanned documents for further use.

NOTICE TO E1 STUDENTS

All E1 students are hereby informed that the distribution of laptops will commence from Monday (20/04/2026).
On Tuesday day, i.e., 21/04/2026, laptops will be distributed to the following classes as per the schedule:

CSE-C1 – 4::30 PM to 5:30 PM at AB1-004

ECE-C3 – 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at AB1-005


The laptop distribution schedule for the remaining branches/classes will be posted on the HUB shortly.

Students are requested to follow the above schedule to receive their laptops.

Dear Student,

Urgent notice from Training & Placement ! 

     The Tender for Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) was floated by considering number of students registered for placement which,as per records, shows 839 have registered for placements. However, it is observed that over 250 students who registered for placement services have not registered for CRT even though it is mandatory and is paid for by the University. 

It must clearly be understood that vendors providing the CRT quote their rates based on the numbers provided. RGUKT has given the number as 839. It is therefore the responsibility of the students who registered for placement services to also register for CRT.

 In this regard, as per the direction of Dean, Academics and Training & Placements, it is informed that all the students who have registered for Placements must register for CRT and attend CRT classes regularly (85% attendance is mandatory). 

The entire training amount per student which RGUKT is paying to the vendor will be recovered from those who fail to register for CRT (even though registered for placement services) and those who have less than 85% attendance in the CRT classes.

CRT Program will be start from 10-September-2018 (12 to 14 Days only).

Note: The students who registered for T&P but not registered for CRT program those students need to come to Training & placement Office (Administrative Building) by 3:00 PM today to register (Mandatory).
