Timings : 10:00A.M to 1:00P.m and 2:00P.m to 5:00P.m
It is to inform all the students that the timings of commencement of classes, forenoon well as afternoon sessions, have slightly been altered keeping in view of the heavy rush of the students at messes during breakfast and lunch hours for equal distribution of per capita time among all students.

The students are to notify further that there is a five minutes recess/short break between sessions to have quick refreshment in between.

The   students   desirous   of   seeking Revaluation   for  Re remedial Papers appeared in June-2018 examinations may submit their offline applications available at Examination Section, ABII-106 on or before 03-07-2018.

Revaluation Fee: Rs.100/- per subject

Students can apply for the photocopy of Theory Answer Script by paying Rs.1000/- per subject (Form available at Examination Section, Basar campus)

Note: Re remedial Revaluation fee must be paid at Scholarship section, RGUKT by producing offline registration copy. Kindly submit offline Registration form and Fee payment receipt at Examination section on or before 03-07-2018.
Applications are invited from Engineering students (E1–E4) to register for the upcoming Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 Internal Hackathon. Teams shortlisted through the internal hackathon will represent RGUKT Basar in the national-level SIH 2025.

- Deadline: 12th September 2025

Team Formation Guidelines
- Each team must consist of 6 members, including at least one female member.
- Members must be from RGUKT Basar only (E1–E4).
- Teams may optionally include a faculty mentor.
- One team can select up to 2 problem statements from SIH 2025 Problem Statements.
- No changes to team members will be permitted after registration.
- A student can be part of only one team.

Important Dates
- Registration Deadline: 11th September 2025
- Internal Hackathon: 19th September 2025
