It is to inform all the students that the timings of commencement of classes, forenoon well as afternoon sessions, have slightly been altered keeping in view of the heavy rush of the students at messes during breakfast and lunch hours for equal distribution of per capita time among all students.
The students are to notify further that there is a five minutes recess/short break between sessions to have quick refreshment in between.

The students whoever anticipate that their attendance will be between 65% and 75% in the current semester and who wish to get their attendance to be condoned are hereby informed that they shall get their original medical documents ready, well in advance, to produce the same at the Academic Section as and when the date is notified for the purpose.
Submission of medical documents does not guarantee the student that he/she will be permitted to appear for the End Semester Examinations which will commence from last week of April 2019.
The documents will be verified by the medical board of the University for their genuineness after which the documents will be considered by the University for a decision.

The students desirous of seeking Revaluation for 2015P1S1,P1S2,2012E2S1,E2S2,2011E3S1 & E3S2 Remedial Examinations appeared in June,2016 may submit their applications in prescribed proforma(available at Room No.106,AB-II,Examination Section) together with Photo copy of results or grade card and fee ( in the form of Challana at payble at SBI RGUKT) in the examination branch on or before 08/08/2016.
