                As a part of International Women's day celebrated on the 10th, March we women cell organized some events to encourage girl students. The competitions held are 
   Date – 9-03-203      
   Time – 4- 5 pm    	
   Venue – Department of English, HSS building.

Essay competition
1. Essay(English)--Topic – Role of women in DigitALL. 
Rules for essay competition
-	Time given – 30 minutes
-	Word limit – 500 words
-	Criteria of assessment – originality, clarity of content, language, and the structure of the essay.
  Elocution (English)
2. Topic – Role of innovation and technology for gender equality.
Rules of Elocution competition
-	Time for speaking – 5 minutes 
-       Criteria of assessment - Content, Oratory skills, Presentation skills, Clarity of thought, Confidence

4. Elocution (Telugu)---స్త్రీ సాధికారికత

Note: First three winners will be awarded.

 Rangoli Competition held on 9th March in front of Ab2 at 4:30-5:30 pm.
 
Note:1. First come first serve for all the competitions(Rangoli, Elocution, Essay).
2. Limited to 10 groups.
3. Each group consists of only  3 members.
4. Rangoli Colors will be given at the competition held.

POSTER PAINTING on the Topic---Women Empowerment held on March 9th from 4-5 pm at Ab1-005.

It is hereby informed to all students of B22-Batch that the examination section will be issuing  PUC consolidated marks memos for students applying for state government scholarships. All class representatives(CRs) of the first-year engineering (E1) classes are kindly requested to assemble in ABII-112 on December 24, 2024 (Tuesday), at 5:00 PM to collect the memos for their respective classrooms.

Note :All the Class Representatives should bring their Id cards while collecting the Marks Memo.

It is hereby informed to all the final year students, the CGG would like to conduct recruitment drive for CSE & ECE branches of 2022 graduates.

Skill Set:

Roles and Responsibilities:
•	Should have positive attitude and willingness to learn
•	Ability to learn and apply the newly gained knowledge, resolve complex problems and work 
independently.
•	Perform coding for assigned units
•	Prepare documentation as required
•	Support activities of Project / Team Leader as required

The selected candidates will be under training for a period of 2-3 months and they will be on contract for a period of 3 years from the date of joining in CGG (including training period).

Further, the candidate has to submit bond stating that if he/she leaves the CGG before completion of contract period, they have to repay the amount of Rs, 3.00 Lakhs to CGG for the expenditure incurred on the training (external and on Job) for 1 Year and an investment of value employee time by the organization.

Note: Selected students are not allowed to attend any other campus drives.

It is to bring your attention that all the students must follow the instructions during the examinations:
1. Students are supposed to wear Uniform and Identity Card issued by the University(Collect from Welfare Office) for all the examinations henceforth. No student will be allowed to enter the examination halls without them.
2. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones or any other electronic gadget to the examination hall. Electronic gadgets will not be returned, once found during the examinations.
3. Students indulging in any kind of malpractices, will be expelled from the hall and would cancel all the remaining of examinations.
4. Students are supposed to bring water bottles to make yourself hydrated.

The students interested to participate can register for Quiz between 4:30pm to 8:00pm today in AB-I 103. Quiz competition will be conducted on this sunday i.e. on 25th December in AB-I 10.

	1. Screening test – 10:00am -12:00pm ( 4 rounds )
	2. Semi-finals – 3:00pm – 5:00pm ( 5 rounds )
