Dear Student,
It is hereby informed to all E4 Students that we are conducting Campus Recruitment Training program for Current E4 students. CRT Program Starts from 1st-July-2019.
Registration Starts from: 27th-June-2019
Registration Ends on: 30th-June-2019, 11:00 AM.
All current E4 students mandatory to register as given below link.

Note:
1) All current E4 students are requested to mandatorily register for CRT Program.
2) Once registered, all students are required to attend the sessions without fail. If any student failed to attend the session, he/she should be liable to reimburse the cost of training fee which would be adjusted towards their dues.
3) Reading material/Tutorials will be provided (Free of Cost).
4) All registered students can log on to a platform for self-practice for a period of 1 year. (Online support for mock exams would be supported)
5) No late registration is Permitted.
6) Daily attendance would be taken and the students are hereby informed to sign the attendance daily for each session.

The students whoever anticipate that their attendance will be between 65% and 75% in the current semester and who wish to get their attendance to be condoned are hereby informed that they shall get their original medical documents ready, well in advance, to produce the same at the Academic Section as and when the date is notified for the purpose.
Submission of medical documents does not guarantee the student that he/she will be permitted to appear for the End Semester Examinations which will commence from last week of April 2019.
The documents will be verified by the medical board of the University for their genuineness after which the documents will be considered by the University for a decision.
The Signed-Circular of the same is attached herewith.

Dear Students,
This is to inform all the students who have registered for the Remedial Lab Examination of Surveying Lab (Subject Code: CE2803) that the examination is scheduled as follows:
Date: 09/03/2026(Monday)
Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Venue: Department of Civil Engineering
All the registered students are instructed to report to the examination hall 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam.
Students are advised to prepare thoroughly and perform well in the examination.Students who have received Withheld Grade will have to report before Disciplinary committee meeting scheduled on 27/1/20 at 11:00 PM.
Venue : Old block Conference Hall.

It is informed to P2,E2,E3 & E4 students that, there is a vaccination drive tomorrow i.e 2/12/2021 at Yoga Hall, SAC Auditorium,RGUKT-Basar at 9:30 A.M onwards. Students have to show their Aadhar card (Hard copy/Soft Copy) at vaccination center.
Hence students are requested to utilize this opportunity and get vaccinated.
