There will be a talk followed by an interactive session with Mr. Raghav Reddy, Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Balakishan, Mr. Naresh who has been selected for Indian Engineering Services(IES) and also with Mr.Pavan who has been working as a scientist at DRDO. 

The session will be on “Crack the competition | IES & DRDO”. The talk is being coordinated by the RGU-Basar Alumni Association. 

Venue: The talk is on December 28th in AB-I Auditorium at 02:00 PM

Profile of Dr. BV Pattabhiram
Dr. BV Pattabhiram is a Post Graduate in Psychology, Philosophy, a PG Diploma holder in Guidance and Counselling, and Ph.D. from Osmania University (Yoga & Hypnotism - A Pragmatic Approach). He has been conducting workshops on Soft Skills / HRD; and motivating Students, Teachers, Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders on various topics across India, USA, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Arab Countries and helping people to overcome their Stress & Fears, and achieve the desired success.
His approach to personal growth and personality development has been proven successful over 30 years of treating, motivating and counseling people. His Audiotapes on relaxation, memory, self-confidence, inferiority complex, fears, assertiveness and other psychosomatic disorders helped innumerable clients.
While his field of education has been in Psychology, his passion towards the art of Magic made him one of the most celebrated Magicians of the country. He traveled to every nook and corner of the Telugu speaking states, many cities in India, and extrensively across the USA, Australia, South-East Asian Countries, and Middle East. At each location he left the audience spell-bound with his Magic. He also effectively leveraged Magic to convey messages to the audience. He started the first ever Magic school in India (recognized in the Limca Book of Records), and gave rise to a generation of Magicians - many of whom are celebrities in their own accord.
He received numerous awards, accolacdes and recognitions from Government and Private entities from across India and abroad. The University of Florida gave him Honorary Doctorate for his tremendous work on Hypnosis in the year 1983. The Mayors of Nashville and New Orleans, USA gave him honorary citizenship.

Dear Students,

As per the academic calendar, AY_21-22_Sem2 Remedial Examinations for E1Sem2, E2Sem2, E3Sem2 and E4Sem2 is scheduled from 23rd, Jan-23. Students of batches B14, B15, B16, B17, B18 and B19, those who are having remedial in sem2 courses can register for the mentioned examination. Online registrations will only be accepted.


Important Dates:

Starting date: 11/1/23
End Date: 14/1/23

Important Notes:
1. This is the last opportunity for B14 Batch.
2. New mode of payment has been introduced, where in which students can directly click on the link, select the subjects to be registered, redirected to different modes of payment and once payment is successful then will be redirected to the hub.
3. Students should not use SBI Collect for registrations.

The last date for submitting the proposals for working Models/posters in Mathematics  as a part of ANTAHPRAGNYA-2020 has been extended till 1st January 2020(i. 01-01-2020). The submission of proposals(written or soft copy) can be done Offline or Online.Those who are unable to submit online can  submit your proposals to any of Mathematics faculty.

Dear Students,
Greetings from Infosys.

Round 1 details for your institute are as follows :-
Date: 30th June 2019
Test Start Time: 10:30 am (login window will be for 30 minutes )
Duration: 3 hours
No. of coding questions: 3
Mode: Online internet-based test ( please ensure you have good internet connectivity of 2 Mbps for a smooth experience )

A detailed emails containing all the necessary information has been sent to every registered student.
Please note: Registered students will receive two emails – one from HackerRank (support@hackerrankforwork.com) containing the test link and the other from infytq@infosys.com (containing the instructions for Round 1). Please ensure each student who has registered from your college for HackWithInfy has received both emails. If a registered student does not receive the email from HackerRank by June 28 – 8 pm, or if the student is unable to access the participation link, please inform the the placement office immediately with student’s registration details.

Rules and instructions for Round 1

1) It is an individual online test of 3 hours i.e. 180 minutes. If test is started at 10 AM, it will have to complete by 1 PM
2) The login window is for 30 minutes and participants need to begin the test within this time window.
3) Participants can take the test from anywhere but we recommend them to check with their placement officer to see if labs have been arranged in their college.
 4) Browser requirements for the test: Google Chrome (latest or version 56) or Firefox (latest or version 51).
 5) All code submissions are run through a plagiarism detector. In case of plagiarism, all the participants involved will be disqualified from the competition. Also, any participant found using any unfair means at any stage will be instantly disqualified.
 6) Test will have 3 problem statements each of which will have a pre-determined score. A participant’s final score will depend on the number of test cases his/her code submission successfully passes.
 7)  Participants can test their hacking skills and practice simple challenges at Solve Me First .
