Our Revised Compensation Structure:
•	Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
•	Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA,
•	Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus
•	Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus
 
Recruitment Format:
This year's program will be conducted at designated venues across India through an in-person evaluation process designed to identify candidates whose technical acumen and behavioral competencies align with our AI-driven organizational vision.

•	Format: The evaluation will last three hours and will include programming tasks of different difficulty levels.
