It is to inform the students of PUC – I, PUC – II, E2 and E3 of the Academic Year 2019 - 20, Semester – I, that the academic work will commence from July 8, 2019 (Monday). Hence, the students of PUC – I, PUC – II, E2 and E3 should report at the Campus by July 7, 2019 (Sunday) afternoon without fail.
In the case of E4, the students should report on July 1, 2019.

It is pleasure to inform all the PUC passing out students and continuing into E1 that the Inaugural Session of the AICTE New Model Curriculum's Induction Program for the B.Tech - I, Year students, will be held at 10:00 AM on 19/06/2019 at the Auditorium, Student Activity Centre (SAC).
Registration for this program is mandatory and the desks will be arranged at the Inaugural Venue from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
The topics along with the speakers, for the first six days of the program, has been notified in the timetable .The remaining details will be notified later.

CIRCULAR
All PUC students who are continuing into E1, including those awaiting or appearing for their PUC remedials, are hereby informed that the classes of INDUCTION PROGRAM for the Academic Year 2019 - 20, Semester – I, will commence from June 19, 2019 (Wednesday). Hence, the E1 students shall report at the Campus from June 17, 2019 (Monday) afternoon.
Participation in the INDUCTION PROGRAM is mandatory as per the AICTE New Model Curriculum and the students who will not have sufficient attendance for the INDUCTION PROGRAM will not be permitted for branch allocation. The branch allocation will be exercised only for the students who attend all the sessions of the INDUCTION PROGRAM.
The regular classes of E1 will commence after the INDUCTION PROGRAM is completed.
Note: The students have to register for the INDUCTION PROGRAM on Day1 of commencement of the program failing which they will not be permitted for the remaining sessions of the program.

Dear Students,
Singapore Space and Technology Association (SSTA) is organising their annual technical design competition Singapore Space Challenge 2019-2020. The Challenge is open to youths aged 15-25 years old.
Through the Challenge, SSTA seeks to address the issue of Space Debris and youth participants will be challenged to create a solution by designing a satellite concept of not more than 5 satellites (Services) that can be used to deorbit space debris.
SSTA opened first time this Challenge to the youths and schools in India and is encouraging them to sign up.

who do not complete their registration can submit their preference on or before 05/06/2019.

Dear Students,
In continuation to earlier notice dated 06/05/2019, regarding branch preferences for PUC-II students (currently pursuing and B16 batch students who didn't get promoted to E1 during last year) for allocation of branches in E1 for the AY2019-20 , last date is extended up to 05-06-2019, 11.59PM.
The students who do not complete their registration in time, can submit a request letter by mentioning order of preferences to the Academic Section between 06/06/2019 and 10/06/2019 with a late fee of Rs. 500/-. The students who wish to alter the preferences after the final date of submission can also submit a request letter to the Academic Section mentioning their order of preferences and by paying a fine of Rs. 500/- for the same between 06/06/2019 and 10/06/2019. No requests will be considered, under any circumstances, after 10/06/2019.
