It is hereby informed to all aspirants of THOUGHTWORKS RECRUITMENT DRIVE that the drive is scheduled on 20th July 2019, 8:45AM at AB-I auditorium (Pre-Placement Talk) followed by written test at AB-II.
PROCESS OF SELECTION:
1. Interview: HackerEarth test
Focus Area: 2 programming questions to be solved in 1hour time. Focus will be on algorithms and basic programming.
2. Interview: Pair Programming
Focus Areas: A problem statement is given and depending on the time allocated, the candidate is expected to approach the problem in the best suited way as per his/her understanding. The assessment weightage is more on the way the candidate thinks, designs the solution and approaches the problem. The candidate is expected to write clean, understandable and extendable code. One of the Thought Workers will pair up with them in this round.
Duration: 2 hours
3. Interview: Technical Interview
Focus Areas: OOPs Design, Logical Problem Solving (Data Structure, Algorithms), DB, Technology Depth/Breadth and Prior experience on Projects, if any.
Duration: 1 – 1.5 hrs
4. Interview: Leadership & Cultural round
Focus Areas: Ownership, Ability to influence, Resilience

Placement office SWAYAM - NPTEL Reimbursment of INR 250 (Last Run Exams)
Dear Students, The students who have Paid INR 500 or INR 550 for Certification exams in last run for NPTEL exams and as informed before, all those who have appeared for final NPTEL exam and got Certified only will be provided back the reimbursement amount.
Around 500 to 600 students are eligible for reimbursement as per statistics available with us.
The List of Students and dates of reimbursement would be put up in the hub in a week from now.
Please Pick up the reimbursed amount as mentioned in the dates allocated to you, all these details would be put up in Hub in a week.
Tentatively Reimbursement would be done in Last week of July/First week of August 2019.
For the Current Run i.e. July- Dec 2019, for the courses to be started soon, There is no reimbursement, Only NPTEL Scholarship is applicable. Instead of INR 1000, Student has to pay INR 500.
SWAYAM - NPTEL Online Certification Courses
July-Dec 2019 Run
SWAYAM-NPTEL is offering online certification courses of duration 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks courses in Engineering, Humanities and Sciences domain starting from July 29th, 2019 Onwards.
Enrolment is open for 358 courses in July 2019 semester.
Choose from 4-week (Set-1 or 2), 8-week (Set-1 or 2) and 12-week (Set-1 only) courses in any field
• Set-1: Courses start on 29th July 2019 (Enrolment closes: 5th August 2019)
• Set-2: Courses start on 26th Aug 2019 (Enrolment closes: 26th Aug 2019)
• Exam dates: 29th Sept 2019 ; 16,17 November 2019
• These courses run from start date July 29th, 2019 and Aug 26th, 2019 and every week there would be online assignments and at the end of course, there would be a proctored exam, following which a Certificate is provided from concerned IIT (Center for continuing Education)

Enrollment is Free for the courses, only criterion is to have a Google account and Interest and enthusiasm to learn. For Exam registration and Certification, fee (INR 1000) is applicable.
No Scholarship is extended to faculty, only RGUKT Basar students can avail NPTEL Scholarship, Only One Course per student under Scholarship.
FEE PAYABLE for Cerification Exam for RGUKT Basar Students is INR 500 after NPTEL Scholarship. In Last run 900 students from RGUKT Basar utilized this opportunity and availed NPTEL Scholarship
Details about Exam Registration would be informed in a week from now.
