Please find the list of candidates from 2021 Batch, who are identified for a direct interview opportunity with TCS, based on their CodeVita performance.

Congratulations to all of them.

TCS will be scheduling the interviews this week for them. You will get a communication soon on their specific date and time slot.

The interviews will be conducted remotely on video (WebEx). Hence, all of you get ready with the required infrastructure (laptop or desktop with webcam and mic, good internet connection to take video calls, power backup).

Note-1: Students have to finish filling the application form on the TCS NextStep portal (if not done already). TCS Application form is one of the required documents in order to attend the interview.
1. Students can go to http://nextstep.tcs.com/campus (TCS NextStep Portal)
2. Student can go to  “Track my Application” link in the NextStep portal. The status should be "Application Received".
3. If the status is Registered, then they can Proceed to complete the Application Form and submit it.
4. Once the status is Application Received, they can go to Application Form PDF and download it.

Note-2: We have received the data from TCS, we just want to cross check if any students got selected apart from the data that we have. Those who got shortlisted for interview and their names are not listed in the attachment are requested to reach out to placement office through Faculty Representative of respective departments at the earliest.

Dear Students,

Please update your submitted information in the T&P registration at web Portal as given.
1.	History of Backlogs (Subject/Course) --> Enter the count of history(active+cleared) backlogs(Theory) in respective semester
2.	History of Backlogs (Laboratory)          -->  Enter the count of history(active+cleared) backlogs(Labs) in respective semester
3.	No. of Active Backlogs Engineering     --> Enter the currently active backlogs in engg. till now(Theory + Labs)
4.	History of Backlogs (ENGG)             	 --> The count of all backlogs(active+cleared) till now in engg(Theory + Labs).
5.	History of Backlogs (PUC)              	  --> The count of all backlogs(cleared) till now in PUC(Theory + Labs

Note: 1). Hence the students are informed to utilize the edit option to update accurate information regarding backlogs as mentioned here on or before 20.09.2020.
  2) Please verify your CGPA and fill the accurate CGPA in the TNP Registration Form.

All the E4 Students should follow the guidelines to get the out pass.

1.	All the students should raise the out pass request from today onwards by logging msecurity.in

2.	 while raising the online out pass the fields has to fill as follows:
 
       Out date: Exams Completed date (example: 16/09/2020)

       Re In date:  01/10/2020:

       Reason: Course Completed.

3.	The offline out pass will be issued to the remedial Students (not regular) in the Chief Warden Office.

4.	If you have any technical issues while applying online out pass please contact to 9492303856/ 9492301902 or mail to chiefwarden@rgukt.ac.in.

5.	If any student stay in the hostels even completion of exams without permission of chief warden office, it will be viewed very serious.

The Students who have done typographical errors, uploading resumes etc.., are requested or informed to edit the information submitted before 17th Sept 2020,6:00PM. Edit option will not be available after the given deadline.
