o	Assist senior engineers in site execution, supervision, and monitoring of daily construction activities.

o	Assist in surveying, drawing understanding, and BOQ verification.
o	Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
o	Ensure safety compliance and maintain discipline at site.
o	Work on assigned departmental rotations to gain exposure in execution, QA/QC, Planning, Store, P&M, and Safety.
o	Participate actively in training and mentorship sessions to build technical and managerial skills.
