It is here by informed to all the students (age 18 years and above) that election commission of India with the motto “No voter to be left behind” has declared 2018 as the “year of accessible elections with the objective to enhance participation of PWD (persons with disabilities) in the electoral process. In this connection state election commission of Telangana asked NSS support in the assistance of a volunteers at every polling stations where PWDs observed.
So NSS cell of RGUKT is inviting enrolment of their names to give voluntary service on polling day (07-12-2018) at your native places after casting you vote.
For this service a special T shirt along with appreciation certificate undersigned by Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of the state (Mr. Rajath Kumar).

This is to inform you that the list of shortlisted students has been populated on your college POD platform for the second round of assessments tomorrow by the name of Advanced Aptitude - Round 2.  The students to check their inbox/spam folder for the test invites.

1. The test is accessible only on laptops and desktops with cameras enabled.

2. The test runs best on Google Chrome. Kindly update the browser. If you do not have Google Chrome, then download it.

3. The test will seek permission for the camera, microphone, location, etc. Kindly allow the permissions.

4. You can click on the Instructions/Help icon in the top right corner at any point of the test to get familiar with the different controls in the test module.

6. A tick mark next to the questions (green palette) in the left navigation will indicate which of the questions have been answered by you.

7. Please do not close or reload the browser while taking the test.

8. Please do not switch browsers/tabs while taking the test. It will lead to violations.

9. Once you are done with the test, please remember to click on "Finish Test."

10. Ensure that the internet has good speed. The preferred speed is 1 Mbps and above.

11. Ensure that the internet data pack is above 300 MB.

12. Please ensure that the room in which you are taking the test is well-illuminated and that your face is clearly visible to the camera.  

13. Please avoid any malpractice, as it can lead to disqualification. No use of earphones, AirPods, headsets, or any hearing device is allowed.

14. The question paper consists of three sections: English, logical, and quantitative.

15. The MCQ questions consist of 20 questions spread across different sections.

16. The maximum time allowed to answer the paper is 40 minutes. No additional time shall be allocated.



IMPORTANT: Students are requested to check their system working condition, internet connectivity, Camera, and microphone 15 minutes prior to the test.

1. All the original certificates for B17 batch will be issued only after 5th June-23.

It is noted that around 15-20 students who have registered for NPTEL Exam,and  got Hall tickets have not paid the amount (Rs 275 or Rs 175 ).

All Such Students are required to pay the mentioned fee in 1 or 2  days to Mr. Navakanth, Scholarship Section, AB3 .

In the case of non payment, the list of defaulters would be put up in Hub for further action.

All such candidates must pay the fee as required in 1 or 2 days ( After almost Rs 825 to 925 sponsorship, these  Students are yet to pay Rs 275 or Rs 175 which is not acceptable.)

Registrations for Student coordinators/Volunteers – PUC Level Sports

All PUC students are hereby informed that registrations are open for Student Coordinators/Volunteers for Sports Activities to assist in organizing and coordinating sports events at the PUC level.

NO of coordinators/volunteers required is as follows
Coordninators:
Boys - 04   
Girls - 04 
Volunteers :
Boys - 03
Girls  - 03

Eligibility:
Must be a PUC-1 or PUC-2 student
Interested in sports and event coordination
Disciplined, responsible, and punctual
Available during all sports events and meetings

Guidelines for Sports Coordinators
The following guidelines are issued for all Sports Coordinators to ensure smooth planning, management, and execution of sports activities at RGUKT Basar.
1. Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and schedule sports events at the PUC level in coordination with the Sports In-Charge.
Supervise student volunteers and allocate duties during events.
Oversee match arrangements, equipment, and ground/court setup
Ensure that all events begin and end on time.
Maintain discipline and promote fair play among participants
2. Event Management
Prepare event lists, fixtures, and time schedules.
Ensure scorekeeping, result recording, and submission of final reports.
Coordinate with referees, judges, and physical directors as needed.
Ensure the availability of first-aid support during events.
3. Communication
Inform volunteers and teams about schedules, rules, and any changes.
Maintain regular communication with the Sports In-Charge.
Report any issues, conflicts, or violations immediately.
4. Equipment Handling
Ensure proper use and safety of all sports equipment.
Maintain a log of issued and returned items.
Report damaged or missing equipment to the Sports Department.
5. Discipline & Conduct
Maintain professionalism, impartiality, and neutrality at all times.
Ensure that volunteers and players follow code of conduct.
Avoid any favoritism or bias during selection or event management.
6. Attendance & Responsibility
Coordinators must attend all meetings and assigned sports events.
In case of unavoidable absence, prior permission must be sought from the Sports In-Charge.
7. Documentation
Maintain event-wise records, team lists, results, and attendance.
Submit an event report within 24 hours of completion.

Guidelines for Volunteers:
Volunteers must assist in organising and managing all PUC-level sports events.
They are responsible for helping with equipment, field arrangements, like scorekeeping,marking lines/courts / grounds etc
Volunteers must maintain discipline, neutrality, and fair conduct at all times.
Attendance for meetings and sports activities is mandatory.
Any absence must be informed in advance to the Sports In-Charge.
Final selection will be based on interest, responsibility, and discipline record.
