B.Tech/B.E.: Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, Fire & Safety, Environment, Mechatronics, Production & Industrial, Ceramics, Mining

B.Sc./M.Sc.: Geology

Compensation: ₹5.5 LPA (₹4.67 LPA fixed + ₹83,000 variable)

Salary revision to ₹6 LPA after 1 year

Retention Bonus: ₹1 lakh (₹50,000 at end of Year 1 + ₹50,000 at end of Year 2)

Location: PAN India (open to relocation)

Target Batch: 2026 Pass-outs (No lateral entries allowed)

Key Criteria

Must be open to relocation anywhere in India (no location preference).

Age limit: 24 years or less as of 1st April 2026.

Medically fit (fitness will be checked at any stage).

No live/open backlogs; previous backlogs must be cleared.
