Dear Students,

It is hereby informed to all the students that AY 24-25_PUC-I&II_Sem1&Sem2 (Remedial mode) Examinations will be held in second week of June 2025. Students of B21, B20 Batches who have backlogs in PUC-Sem-1 & Sem-2 can register for the above -mentioned Examinations.
Fees details
Fee for Remedial Examinations	Rs.250/- each course

Important dates:
Registration Opens on 	05/06/2025
Last date for registration 	08/06/2025 

Instructions for Fee Payment:

1.	Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index to register for above said Examinations in remedial mode.
2.	Select the subjects appearing for Examinations in Remedial/Grade Improvement Mode.
3.	There is no Grade Improvement in Laboratory Courses.
4.	Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available channels of payment. Please wait 1-2 minutes after the payment till it redirects the registration page for successful registrations.
5.	The Examination section is not responsible for any refund if students pay the Fee to any other Account of the Institute.

1. Please Save a copy of payment Challan and Registration confirmation page for future reference.

Dear Students,
Congratulations to you all on completion of your six- year integrated B.Tech., course and leaving the campus.
On completion of your course, you are supposed to hand over the laptops which are being used by you during the course of study.
In this regard, there is a request from some of the E4 students to take back the laptops provided to them on the payment of nominal cost.
The request of the students has been examined in detail and considered keeping in the view of the rural background of the students and approved by the honorable Vice Chancellor.

It is to inform all the students that the last date for submitting the Staff Feedback Survey has been extended for three more days that is till 20/04/2018, 11:59PM. The link for the same, https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/efms, will be kept opened again from 18/04/2018 to 20/04/2018, 11:59PM, and all the students shall login with their Hub credentials and submit the survey.

The lists of the students who have not yet submitted the feedback survey have been enclosed herewith for your information.

The students, P1 to E3, who do not participate in the feedback survey will not be permitted for AY18-19, Semester – I registration  and in case of E4 students, they will not be given No Dues Certificate if they do not submit the survey.

There will not be any extension, under any circumstances, after 20/04/2018.

NOTE: The students should contact in the Academic Section, if they have any technical or any other related issues while submitting the feedback survey for immediate rectification.
