GREETINGS FROM SPORTS CELL

This is to inform all students, faculty, and staff that the Annual Games & Sports Meet 2025-26 for PUC and Engineering students will commence from 19th January 2025 on the university campus.

All games and events will be conducted at the following venue: Shathavahana Ground
Event Timings:  Morning Session: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM    Evening Session: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Team Selections
Team selections for PUC Boys and Girls will begin from 5th 2026 January onwards at Shathavahana Ground. Further details regarding selection schedule will be informed shortly.
All participants are instructed to:
Report 15 minutes prior to event or selection time
Attend in proper sports uniform
Follow the instructions of student/sports coordinators
The day-wise detailed sports schedule will be circulated soon.

The registration for EngiNX 2017 (TCS Engineering Innovation Contest) are now open. The theme for this year is same as that of last year i.e. ‘The IoT Challenge’. Students passing out in 2018 and 2019 are eligible to participate.

The resident doctors have reported that they are treating cases of chicken pox infected patients for the last three days. This is a viral one and everyone has to take precautions against it. All the students are hereby cautioned against eating any stale food and the common symptoms are high fever, body ache and rashes on entire body. The hospital has earmarked an isolation room for treatment  of patients with above symptoms and students are advised to contact hospital immediately for treatment or contact chief warden office to go home .

CIRCULAR for REGISTRATION
(Academic Section)

It is to inform all the PUC-II, E2, E3 and E4 students that the online registration link for AY18-19, Semester-I is open and is available for registration from 23rd June, 2018 (Saturday) to 27th June, 2018 (Wednesday). All the eligible students are required to register for Semester-I courses without fail.

However, students who could not register or complete their registration during the above period can do their registrations upon payment of Rs. 500/- as late fee for registration from 28th June, 2018 (Thursday) to 2nd July, 2018 (Monday) after which no registrations can be done as the online registration link will be removed. The late registrations shall not be authorized unless the students pay late registration fee and a copy of the same shall be submitted at the Academic Section after paying the late registration fee.

The students, who do not complete their registrations by 2nd July, 2018 will not be permitted for any academic activities of Semester-I of AY18-19.

Note: The students of P2, E2, E3 & E4, who have not yet cleared the tuition fee of the AY2017-18, are conditionally permitted for the registration. The registration will be invalid if they do not clear the tuition fee dues as and when they report to the campus.

   In this present pandemic times, many people are losing their confidence levels because of the news about deaths and some visuals of deaths caused by COVID-19. We would like to remind you all that... there are many great heroes in this world who made impossible, possible with the help of Self-Confidence and self-motivation. 
  Fear is our greatest enemy not this COVID-19 or it's new strains or any other type of disease. Overcome it and show it who the real boss is...

In this regard, we would like to request you all to take a step forward in encouraging those people who are lacking self-confidence and build the confidence levels in them and help them survive the COVID... 
   If you know anyone who got affected by COVID-19, please talk to them regularly and make them laugh, share some memes, reels, videos, or any other stuff to divert them from that pain and survive and come back to their full health... 
   
Please take this initiative and help the people survive... When the storm comes a lone wolf dies but a pack survives

Please find the PUC1 and PUC2 Chemistry End Semester Laboratory Examinations.

P1: Each class is divided into 2 batches, for eg. Phi-1 is divided as Phi-1-A and Phi-1-B, each batch having strength 25.
P2: Each class is divided into 3 batches, for eg. 202 is divided as 202-A, 202-B, 202-C. each having a strength 23 to 24.

This breakup list would be displayed in hub by 29-03-2018 evening.

For PUC-2, Lab Exams are from 31-03-2017 till 04-04-2018.
For PUC-1, Lab Exams are from 06-04-2018 till 09-04-2018.

(Dates are keeping in mind the JEE Exams for PUC-2 students)
